Keith's POV
                              "K-keith... my name is Keith."
I spoke out nervously, standing up with what courage I had left. This guy was terrifying! I was nervous he was just gonna decide to shoot me any second. But instead, he laughed, sticking one of his hands in the gun-less pocket.
"Alright, Keith. You got somewhere to be?"
He asked. I shook my head. My own home still had my angry girlfriend in it, and I wasn't ready to go there quite yet. The male fixed me with a confused expression, before smiling sleazily. The cigarette continued to hang losely from his mouth, swinging back and forth as he spoke.
"I've got a place. I don't have an issue with ya staying. It's just a lil run down, is all."
I was bewildered by his words. Did he seriously think i was gonna take his offer? This smoker with a gun thought i was seriously going to take his offer to stay the night? I didn't even know his name!
But my options were slim. Go home and risk getting yelled at more, sleep on the street, or go home with this guy. I had no money for a hotel. I hadn't taken anything with me.
I bit my lip, thinking it over for a moment. He was kinda cute, and he hadn't threatened me. It might be my only option at the moment. If I slept on the street I'd surely freeze to death or get kidnapped.
                              "Uh.. okay.. just..."
I began, shifting a little between my feet.
"Okay. But I want to know your name first! And you have to promise me you won't like, shoot me in my sleep or something crazy!"
                              Pico's POV
I raised an eyebrow as Keith spoke, a smile growing on my face. That was quite a lot bar to fill. I didn't have any ill intentions with him anyway, this would be easy.
"Ah, alright. I promise I won't. And my name is Pico."
I responded, taking a step towards the exit of the station. Keith nodded nervously as I gestured for him to follow me, starting down the stairs and back onto the rainy sidewalk. He stuck his hands in his pockets, nervously walking along next to me. My apartment complex wasn't very far away, so we wouldn't have to walk long.
Once we reached it, he seemed pleasantly surprised. It was a nice building, but I just didn't take much care of my place in particular. I held the door open for Keith, watching him walk inside. I headed in after him, leading him up the stairs to the second floor where my room was. I clumsily opened the door, letting him inside.
He gasped a little when he entered, staring around at all the dark furniture and led lights. Suprisingly, a smile grew on his face.
                              "Pico, this is amazing!!"
