-3rd person POV-
during the scrimmage many things happened. julie blocked every shot except one which was adams and dead kept hitting people down. luis crashed into the ducks goalie. and we scored 8 points. 3 from wendy, 4 from dwayne, 2 from luis, and one from ken. dean was to busy hitting the ducks down and julie was in goal. the ducks have another enforced named fulton reed who has an amazing slap shot, and that resulted it the slap shot hitting mr.tibbles...
-wendy's pov-
coach bombay brought out some smelling salts to help mr.tibbles wake up. everyone crowded over him and i was in between adam and dwayne.
"mr.tibbles?" a lady with short brown hair was calling his name trying to get him to wake up while julie held an ice pack to his forehead so the swelling of the hit would go down. "i'll have a cheeseburger with fries and a milkshake" mr.tibbles said waking up which made us all laugh. "i'll think he'll be ok" said the lady laughing a bit. "oh i'm sorry he didn't get a chance to introduce me, i'm michelle mckay the team tutor" says miss.mckay holding her hand out to coach. "i'm coach bombay, their coach" which made us giggle a bit. "who said we need a tutor?" adam said with a gross look on his face, wow he was cute. "i don't need no school" said dean with horrible grammar but we all agreed. "now miss.mckay we're america's team here, now may i suggest optional school" said goldberg trying to convince her. "yes ughhh?" "goldberg" "goldberg! yes school shall be optional!" after hearing that we all cheered and adam gave me a high five, which i blushed at. "however however, shall you not attend you will not be eligible to play" says miss.mckay smirking which maid all of us groan. after that funny incident all of us went into the locker rooms to get changed, julie connie and i went into the bathrooms because we didn't feel comfortable changing in front of the guys.
"soo, wendy i saw adam making googly eyes at you" says connie smirking, "yeah and i saw you making googly eyes right back" says julie joining in.
"i mean he is cute, but we just met and we haven't said one word to eachother" i said looking at them.
"yeah but i can already tell that you both like eachother" says connie excitedly, "he's surprisingly never had a crush before" "really? that's shocking" i said looking back at her. after we were done all the guys were talking to eachother, except fulton, guy, and jesse. connie also told me that her and guy have been going out since last year, they are very cute might i add. adam glanced at me and was walking towards me while connie went to go talk to guy and julie went to go make conversation with the rest of the ducks. "hi! i'm adam banks and your wendy right?" he said looking at me. "yes! it's nice to meet you! your very good! i didn't think any of those pucks would get pass julie" i said. he chuckled a bit. "yeah she's good, hey are you sitting next to anyone on the plane to california?" he said.
"um no i don't think so" "oh would you maybe wanna sit next to me so we can get to know eachother if that's ok with you?" he said. "oh sure!" i said excited. "great i'll see you tomorrow then" "yup! see you tomorrow" after he walked away i put my hockey gear away. connie invited me and julie to sleep over so we had to go back to the hotel and grab out things and go to connie's. i can't wait to tell them what happened!

helloooo!! i surprisingly wrote this whole chapter without watching the movie or reading a script haha, buttt i just wanted to say that after this book is over i will be doing a sequel when the ducks go to eden hall! and i might be doing a mighty ducks book so look out for that! have a nice day/night! :)
