i'm getting carried away.

hey love.
ive been reading this book recently, and honestly i don't understand it. it's all about love and romance and all of that, but here's why i don't quite get it. the boy falls in love with the girl, the girl ignores the boy but the boy doesn't realize that his best friend is in love with him. it goes on like that until the end where the boy realizes his best friend loves him and they live happily ever after.
what i don't understand is why does it have to be boy-girl? why cant it be boy and boy or girl and girl?
i just don't understand.
it's like how if i fell for you (and i'm not saying wether or not i have or i haven't) would it be considered accepted by society? it confuses me.

as well as reading that book, i've been stocking up the library with new reads. even though it's out in the country of england, i still get a lot of visitors. so i decided i needed to have a wider variety. ive recently realized i don't have a lot of romance books, probably because i just don't understand them. maybe that's just me but romance is really confusing.
maybe one day i'll understand it but for now, we stock up on books for people who actually know the meaning of love.

since winter is up and coming, i got elio a sweater. he looks so adorable in it. even though he hates it, i cant stop thinking about how its so big on him.
elio was the runt so he was always small, which is one of the main reasons why it's so hard to find things that fit my tiny feline.

honestly, do you know how few sizes they have for cat-taco costumes?

my mum doesn't like that i dress him up so much, but he's my cat and i don't even live with her anymore. so i can make elio the cutest burrito anyone has ever seen.

i see you giggling at that. what? can a guy not casually dress his pet in a taco costume without a weird look?

the kids love elio. especially when he's dressed up. that's actually one of the main reasons i started to dress him up. the kids love snuggling him while i read to them. and surprisingly, they are all very gentle with him.
their favorite costume of his, is a strawberry.
a little red strawberry. it comes with a hat!
they love it, and i cant lie; so do i.

moving on from cat dress-up.
the beach looks gorgeous today. it's cloudy and cool outside, so it makes the ocean look so deep and calming. some people are scared of the ocean, i'm not. i think it's elegant. the way the waves crash upon the edge of the land. or even when you see the fish out in the deep when you're on a boat with your four sisters and parents.

that's a story. if you want, i'll tell you, but if you don't that's okay too.

i'm going to tell you either way.

every few years or so my family does on a boating trip with our uncle, who owns a yacht.

well two years ago we went on the trip. and this time all of my sisters came. like i said earlier, i have four. i'm the youngest with my twin sister, elena. then there's kaylia, she moved to america with her rich husband from california. (whatever that is). next up, lillie, she stayed with my parents to care for the horses there, her and her boyfriend live on the property. last up, my oldest sister, larke. she moved to wales (which was one of the reasons i lived in wales for a bit) with her wife and 2 adorable daughters. i guess they wanted to keep a lot of women in the family. we all got the curse of having mostly daughters, came from our moms side.

(even though i don't have children, i have a feeling i'm going to have daughters whenever i do, somehow fall for someone who cares about me as much as you do. )
well, while on this trip, elena fell off the boat and i (being the only person who doesn't care about getting wet) had to dive in to retrieve her necklace. she was fine i promise, but it's still pretty funny.

she fell off after 2 glasses of white wine and was trying to take pictures with "the girls" and fell.

it was hilarious.

but anyway. ive finished restocking all the romance books for my visitors who actually understand romance.

i can't believe i've talked to you for so long that i've already finished with that.
you really must enjoy listening and seeing how my life goes.

it's like all of your emotions have somehow bled into these pages while i open up about mine.

i guess i feel what you feel because i have never met someone who fit so perfectly in with my soul that i now have no idea what i considered to be whole before i met you.

you know what.

you're so interested in my life, i'm afraid you're not living yours.

how do you do it? care for me and listen to my life story.
how can one love another, even if both do not understand the meaning of it?
