PETER'S POV:
I'm walking to school on when I cross the road. Suddenly a rich sports car speeds up and almost hits me but I quickly run out of the way. "Have fun walking Penis Parker" Flash yells as he beeps his horn. Man I hate him. I walk into school and Ned runs up to me.

"DUDE, DUDE, DUDE, I hear we're gonna find out if we got the internships in first period" he says in a exited voice with a huge smile on his face.

"Oh my god, I'm so exited I can't wait, I hope I get it!" I say even more exited than Ned " I could use my spare time and borrow some parts and update my Spider-Man suit." I really need it the parts are getting rusty and I can't risk going without my web shooters.

As we walk to biotech I can't help my mind drifting to Spy I could walk past the and not even notice I don't even know if they're a man or a woman. After walking past Flash bragging to some girls about how he's certain he's gonna get a spot On the internship, I sit down at the back of the class next to Ned.

Mrs. Walker enters the room and the entire class falls silent with the suspense of the internship hanging over everyone. She can't tell what everyone's thinking and so she says
" ok I know non of you are gonna focus on work until I reveal who got the internship so here we go" she grabs a piece of paper and reads it allowed "the five interns chosen to start work this weekend are..."

"Maria Wilkins"

"Ned Leeds"
Wow I'm so happy for Ned, I look over at him and see that he's speechless with joy. I give Him a congratulatory pat on the back

"Henry Dover"
Another kid from class B

"MJ"
Wow MJ got it. She's this cute girl from my class who I have a bit of a crush on. She's kinda of reserved but super smart so I'm not surprised she got a spot. I'm thinking about asking her to the homecoming dance next month. One spot left and I'm beggining to lose hope so I silently pray.

"And last but not least Peter Parker"
As she says my name I can barley process my excitement. I forget how to breath for a second which is kind of embarrassing. I look over at Flash's shocked and annoyed face. It's hilarious this is probably the best day of my life.

"What!!!" Flash shouts in outrage and he jumps out of his chair "Penis got it and I didn't this is an outrage!!! I demand to speak to who's in charge"

"Mr.Thompson the interns where chosen by Mr.Stark himself so if you want to talk to the principle and get Tony Starks number and complain to him then go right ahead but if not sit down and be quiet or I'll give you detention" Mrs.Walker snaps back.

Defeated Flash sits back down with a grimace on his face. I may have to avoid him for the next few days unless I want to get beaten up. I would fight back but it would just make him move on and bully someone else. Someone without quick healing who might not be able to take it.

"Now everyone face the board and pay attention" Says Mrs.Walker as she turns and starts writing on the board.

Ned leans over to me and whispers "Dude we're gonna be working together at Stark Industries!!! We could see one of the avengers"

"I know I'm so exited I can't wait for Saturday" I whisper back.

One hour later

After class we had a free period so we sat in the lunch room and Ned started playing Beast Slayer and I pulled out my phone to text spy and tell them the good news.

NAT'S POV:
Peter text me saying he got the intern ship and I'm so happy for him. Although I think he's gonna start looking for me when he gets here and he's gonna start with the 'group of people who find problems for the avengers to solve' which does not exist so I have to think about how to deal with that later. Suddenly I hear some clanging in the vents and I realise Clint is trying to spy on me. So I quickly say goodbye to Peter and put my phone away as Clint drops down.

He looks at me and then my phone "you were texting the mysterious person again weren't you"

"Maybe" I say with a smug smile knowing very well it's driving him crazy not knowing who I was texting.

He tries to grab my phone but I pull a way and tighten my grip

" You can't just take my phone that's an invasion of privacy" I say in a annoyed voice " try and take my phone again and I'll break your legs"I say in a threatening tone.

"Fine" he replies in a sulking tone with gritted teeth.

I leave and head to my room to get some sleep.

PETER'S POV:
Spy had to go but before she left Ned died in his game and saw I was texting someone.

"Hey who are you texting?" he said curiously whilst straightening his back to see my phone "who's spy?"

I decide to tell him about my secret internet friend
"When I was bleeding from the broken window the other night and I had the wrong number I texted someone. They told me what so do and we've been having a few conversations. They're and adult who works at Stark Industries. I might see them when I intern there."

"Cool" he says "tell me if you find out who it is so I can meet them with you. I bet they know a bunch of cool stuff and can tell us about the avengers."

"I promise" I say with a laugh

Suddenly the bell rings and we have to go to AP physics.
