CLINT'S POV:
I'm eating lunch when I get a message from Stark asking me and Nat to come to his lab. I'm guessing he's located Spider-Man again and needs to discus how to proceed. I walk up the stairs and enter the lab seeing Nat and ready talking to Tony. "What took you so long" Nat says.

"I was finishing my lunch" I say defensively

"Well we've spotted Spider-Man, as you've probably guessed, but we don't know how to proceed" Said Tony.

"Yeah about that" I say " I've been thinking he already knows you two and will probably run if he sees you, what if I tried to talk to him plus arrows work better from a distance so he'll know I'm not hostile" I look at their faces as they consider it. Nat never gives anything away but Tony is a lot easier to read. At the moment he's considering it when Nat speaks up
"I think he's right this may be our only shot to get him to agree without using force"

"Fine" says Tony " but if he doesn't agree we should get the rest of the team on this and we'll have to forcefully bring him in"

"Agreed" I say. I pray to god this kid let's me talk to him. I really don't want to force him to do something he doesn't want to do but the government can't just let some random powered person running around. And it's not safe for him out there hydra is still out there.

PETER'S POV:
I was swinging by when I land on a roof for a break. I start to think about Hydra and how they're trying to get me. Surely I'll be fine right? I'm Spider-Man I've beaten lots of bad guys whilst getting all As in high school. And shields after me too, my internship is getting a lot harder now I have to avoid black widow and Iron Man, what if the other avengers get involved what if I never see may or Ned again or what if Hydra kills me. Why is my life so hard. I Suddenly I get an alert from my spider senses. I turn around and see Hawkeye staring at me.

CLINT'S POV:
I see Spider-Man land on a roof and sit down his legs dangling over the edge. He seems like a good guy. I need to think about what I'm going to say. You know what I'll just roll with it. What if I plan out the conversation in my head and he doesn't follow the script, then I'll be annoyed and have wasted time planning it, I'm great at making stuff up it'll be fine. I really need this kid to understand we're trying to help him. I walk up to the building and look at the kid. He suddenly knows I'm there and turns around.
"Hey kid" I say

"Hey Hawkeye" he says I can tell he's trying to act tough but I can tell he's a bit worried. " I thought arrows worked better from a distance."

"Don't worry" I say reassuringly "I just wanna talk, can I sit?"

"Okay" he says "but I'm not agreeing to anything"

That voice sounds kind of familiar but I just couldn't place it, did I know Spider-Man, no that was crazy I'd never met him before, I probably just remember his voice for one of the YouTube videos people take of him. I walk over and sit down.

PETER'S POV:
As he sits down I scout out escape routes in case things go south.
"Listen kid" he begins trying to sound grown up and tough " I know it's hard to accept but the US government won't let a powered person go around doing whatever they want you have to join shield and give up your identity it doesn't have to be to everyone just to us. And hydras after you it may not be safe for you out there alone"

I listen to what he's saying and I know it's what I should do. But I just can't do that I have to think about May and Ned and how I have to protect them. How I have to have a normal life. I want to but I just can't but I also can't let people go free.

"I'm sorry" I say trying to sound tough "I just can't do that! And I can't stop being Spider-Man either. People need protecting."

"the avengers protect them" he says offended

"really when was the last time you stopped a fire or saved a little kid from being hit by a car. Everyone knows you have the technology" I say passionately.

"Listen kid, we try our best, but if we don't stop hydra no one will and we have to relax and plan, and maybe we should do more of that but we try our best and we don't know what's going wrong everywhere." He reply "And if we don't take you in the government will be rolling up their tanks to take you in, trust me this is your best option"

I understand what he's saying but I just can't give away my identity, I don't want my whole life to change I'm happy where I am. Suddenly my spider senses go crazy DANGER DANGER DANGER. I look down and see a hydra agent looking up at us about to shoot us.
"Move" I say quickly whilst pushing him away and rolling back. I quickly get up and see Hawkeye already on his feet. The bullets are still firing up and Haley's readies his bow about to shoot him when I yell "STOP" he looks up at me confused I quickly web up the agent until he can't move. "All yours" I say as I swing away.

NAT'S POV:
I walk downstairs to see Clint's back but scene as the kids not here I'm guessing it's not good news.
"So the kids not budging huh" I say disappointed.

"Actually we had a good conversation, I think he is a good person but I don't think we'll be able to convince him. Any chance we can convince them to leave him alone" he says

"No I don't think that'll work" I say although I with it would. " so what happened after you talked. Did he just walk away?"

"Actually a hydra agent attacked us, we were both fine and he's downstairs being processes. But he saved my life. It's like he knew he was there before he saw him." He replied.

" I guess we have to get the others involved" I say disappointed, I really hoped we could talk him into it.
