"As usual, I have the same warning." Yawned Damon Winston as he reached for his glasses. "Don't go too deep. You won't come back."
" Yeah,yeah. Okay, man." Maurice Sanders rolled his eyes.
" I'm being serious. I don't want... " He paused, looking out the window." Be safe." He muttered.
" I will, now don't cry. I'm not dead yet, Damon." Maurice chuckled.
" That's not funny." He ran a hand through his raven black hair. His sharp caramel eyes were focused on his friend's lazy lime ones.
" Damon, I'll be fine, okay? I've done this a million times." He exasperated.
Damon guiltily eyed Maurice, contemplating on whether or not he should reveal the full truth.
" Maury... Maurice, I have something really important to tell you." He blurted.
" Go ahead." He nodded.
" I need to tell you that-" he was cut off by an alarm on Maurice's phone.
" You can tell me when I get back." The diver said, standing up excitedly.
" Okay." The disappointed man sighed.
Maurice hurriedly changed into his gear and made it to the docks. After greeting his team, they sailed off.
