Character A is a kid/teen who is having some troubles at home/school. Character B is adult who is doing quite well and who knows Character A but doesn't know about their troubles. For 24 hours they swap bodies and Character A struggles to maintain Character B's life and make it seem normal and Character B is just seeing how bad Character A is struggling.
