Christina hummed as she woke up, she was surrounded by pale grey bedding. She panicked a little when she realized she was not in her bed or her house, but when Matt stepped out of the washroom, wearing only a pair of plaid pyjama pants and suddenly her panic eased. "Morning, beautiful. How'd you sleep?" Matt asked with a handsome smile as he sat down on the bed.

"Good, I'm so sorry I fell asleep on you." Chris laughed nervously.

"It's okay. It was kinda cute to watch you sleep for a little bit. Sorry, that sounded creepy." Matt laughed.

"No, not creepy, I find it sweet." Chris smiled, reassuringly.

"Good, cause it was more than a few minutes. I thought I woke you up when I laid you down in here and kissed you because you smiled in your sleep." Matt laughed.

Christina turned a brilliant shade of firetruck as butterflies erupted in her belly. "You can always kiss me again now that I'm awake." She said playfully as she bit her bottom lip.

Matt smirked and grasped her face in his palms. His lips collided with hers, as her body set alight with tingles and sparks. His lips were soft against hers, and she slightly pouted when he pulled away. "I could get used to this." He whispered against her lips.

"Get used to what?" Chris asked looking up at his whiskey hazel hues.

"This," He stated leaning in to kiss her again deeply.

Chris smiled into the kiss and wrapped her arms around his neck. "I think I could too," Christina whispered as she pulled away.

"It's only six am, what did you want to do?" Matt asked her, laying back on the bed.

"Are you crazy? I don't even get up this early for work." Chris groaned.

"Sleep it is then." Matt laughed, as he pulled the blankets over them and snuggled her in under his chin.

Chris snuggled deep into his chest and felt herself relaxing against him, his smell and warmth lulling her slowly back to sleep to the sound of his heart beating. When she next awoke, it was to the smell of bacon and pancakes. Chris sat up slowly rubbing her eyes and yawning. "You didn't have to make breakfast and tea." Chris smiled brightly as he set the tray on the bed. "Is it crazy I've never had breakfast in bed before?" Chris laughed.

"Please tell me you're joking," Matt stated, coming to sit beside her.

"I wish I could." Chris laughed. "My ex couldn't cook to save his life and Echo and I both love sleep too much." Chris snickered.

"Well, you're in luck. River says I'm a great cook." Matt laughed.

Chris snagged a piece of bacon and took a bite, humming happily. "You are a good cook." She praised and finished her slice of bacon. "I have never been treated this well by a man in my life. Are you sure you're real?" Chris asked.

"I'm sorry no man knew how to show you respect. I will show you nothing but loyalty and respect if you let me." Matt told her.

Chris smiled and leaned over to kiss him. "Don't apologize for them, Matt. I long since realized I deserve better, and what do you mean if I let you? Baby, I would be here if this isn't what I wanted, and I want you, Matt." Chris told him gently, pressing another kiss to his lips.

"Say it again please..." He whispered.

"Say what?" Chris asked.

"What did you call me?" He asked her.

"Baby?" She replied, and Matt nodded leaning his forehead to her, his eyes fluttering closed.

"I love the way that sounds coming from you," Matt whispered.
