Anyways, I think I should message Rach and Louis before the captain orders us to shut off our devices for take-off. I'm sending them a picture of the view outside. Madaling-araw pa eh. So kitang kita ang lights sa labas. Blue, yellow, and orange—those colors.

Parang yung street lights lang sa town na 'yun sa Kanchanaburi.

Well, not exactly 'yung street lights per se, but the colors that illuminated that street as we walked on it-nung first night na 'yun.

Yes, my first day pa rin. And our first night.

When I woke up, 6PM na.

Three more hours of uninterrupted sleep after the first three or so kanina sa bus.

I lie awake, pero I just stared at the ceiling the same way I did kanina before going to sleep.

Ang lala ko pala kanina.

From the airport to the bus terminal in Bangkok and Kanchanaburi, hanggang dito, puro pagwo-worry lang ang ginawa 'ko.

Nasayang halos ang araw ko kakaalala sa mga bagay na I shouldn't be bothered too much about.

I should be enjoying this very moment na nakawala ako sa corporate world.

For starters, I should stop being all too panicky 'pag nakikita 'ko si kuyang pogi. Rob nga ba 'yun?

I shouldn't be distracted too much by his presence. I shouldn't let that occupy my mind for hours kasi sayang lang ang break ko if I spend it on too much thinking.
