I once thought all endings were sorrowful,
Yet sunsets proved to me they're beautiful.
The visage of dusk and fading light,
Tells my weary soul to live once more and fight. The sound of singing crickets,
The little yellow lights fireflies give.
The calmness and coolness of the evening air,
Brings me back to the time where everything's fair. The greetings of the moon and stars,
Are clearly heard without the sound of cars.
When night bids its farewell,
Sunrise comes with a smile so well.Chirping birds wake us up,
Giving us hope and strength to get up.
A new day to do our best,
And to wait for dear night to give us rest.Oh nature, how pleasant art thou?
My love for you I cannot write how
You were never made by ennui nor serendipity,
But He gave us you that we could rejoice in its beauty.
