Wrong Yet Feels So Right(Avalance)

Sorry for the late post I had a busy day

Narrator's POV

Flashback two years ago...

Sara and Ava were on the time ship discussing their future together and how they wanted it to go.

"Hey can we talk real quick" asks Ava.

"Yeah sure what's on your mind" responds Sara.

"Well we have been on the Waverider for awhile chasing bad guys but do you ever wonder when it's time to stop?"

"I mean have i thought about leaving at times yeah but i love my job and what we do i wouldn't change it for anything. Why do you want to leave?"

"I don't know I just feel like our entire lives revolve around the Waverider and fixing anachronisms. And don't get me wrong it's great and important work but I want a life outside of the Waverider."

Sara couldn't believe what Ava was saying because for all she knew Ava enjoyed the work they were doing. It was their entire life. Their entire relationship was built off of them working together.

"So what exactly are you saying right now Ava? Cause time it sounds like you want to leave the Waverider behind and start a whole new life."

"That's exactly what I am saying our entire relationship has been built on this ship. We haven't lived a single day off this ship and to be honest it is quite annoying living with so many people. I want a life I want a family and we can't do that living on a time ship. You know that."

"Ava my entire life my entire family lives on this ship I don't know how to leave them, I am their captain. As for the family thing you want kids?".

They had never really discussed having kids it had never come up.

"Sara look I know your entire life has been on this ship for years and that they are your family. And I'm not saying we cant visit but aren't you getting tired of having to deal with all of these anachronisms all the time. Don't you want a break, time to relax. We can find a new captain who will be just as good as you. And as for having kids I always thought that was the plan, I mean I have always wanted a family of my own".

"I guess I am tired of always being in charge and chasing after all the anachronisms. As for the family I want kids but can we start slow like maybe with a dog?"

"Yeah sure baby we can get a dog".

"Great but now we need to figure out who we make captain because I can not leave the ship without a great replacement" says Sara.

They discussed for a while about who should be captain and they had finall utf come to the decision to make...........
