Narrator POV

As their relationship continued the relationship grew stronger. Sara was more open about her feelings with Ava, and Ava was finally accepting that she deserves happiness too. Between the two of them, they felt unstoppable nothing was going to be able to destroy their bond. But they were wrong, Sara mad a decision that went against every rule the Time Bureau had.

Sara didn't agree with the torture of magical creatures and so she decided to harbor a fugitive. The Bureau had their orders, and those orders were to bring the fugitive in as well as the person who helped them escape.

Sara had discovered the footage that proved Mona guilty was altered and deemed it unfair to send her to jail. Sara would be sentencing Mona to a jail cell wrongfully, and Sara wouldn't be able to live with herself if she had done that.

Sara tried really hard to explain to Ava that she had to keep Mona and the fugitive. Sara pleaded with Ava to help her under where she was coming from but it didn't matter.

Sara's POV

"Ava you have to believe me, there is a scandal going on in the Bureau and we have to put an end to it," Sara breathed out while dancing with Ava. She continued, "Ava the footage against Mona is altered, that's not the original version. Someone in the Bureau replaced it with that footage. People are trying to hurt these creatures and we can't allow that."

Ava's response was, "Even if the footage was altered you need to turn in the fugitive. As of right now, there is no hard evidence that proves this, and so you and everyone else on the wave rider is subject to arrest if you don't hand the fugitive over." Ava took a deep breath and continued, "You can't be arrested for this, you know what the right thing to do is in this situation and you need to do it. You need to hand the fugitive over so it can be properly contained."

"Ava you know I can't and won't do that, I won't send this fugitive to its death because you can't see the situation clearly."

With that said, Ava walked away and said one last time that she needed to hand the fugitive over. Sara was surprised that Ava of all people would be so okay with the torture of these magical creatures.

Ava's POV

As I look to the doorway I see Sara walk through in a really hot red dress that shows off her figure perfectly. Snap out of it Ava you're mad at her for harboring a fugitive, its time to be serious, she thought to herself. When Sara walked over to her I posed the question, "Have you returned the fugitive to the Bureau yet?"

Then I danced with her as she went on some rant about how there was corruption within the Bureau, and that it would be immoral of her to turn the fugitive over. What the hell is she saying, if there was corruption we would find out about it. But as of now I need her on my side I need her to support me and what I need from her. I turned around and walked right out of there I couldn't deal with her bullshit right now.

Narrator's POV

Around thirty minutes later Sara had finally found Ava in an abandoned office. "Ava please listen to me..."

Ava cut her off, "No you listen to me, I needed you on my team on my side, in my corner, but you weren't there. You find your team to be more important than me when it comes to work when I say something I need to know IU can trust you'll support me. And right now I don't feel like you support me, or take the time to imagine how it would feel for me. I need time Please leave."

"Ava listen..."

Again she cut Sara off and said, "No please if you truly love me please leave me be to think about what I want."

And so Sara did as she asked, she left Ava alone and gave her space. Sara wasn't sure how much time or how much space she needed, but she was sure on
