DRACO'S POV:
I woke up to Hades turned away from me curled into a little bundle with all my covers...

she must've gotten cold... but as i thought that i realized i was freezing so i got up and headed to get a jacket.

I wanted to go check up on Bella... even though i hate her and Cedric together she's still my sister and I promised mother to look after her.

It was still early around 5 in the morning so juts texted asking if i could come by... she immediately replied which was weird... i didn't want to leave Hades alone but it wouldn't take long anyways...

I headed out the door locking it behind me... I headed down the stairs and then down that hallway to Bella's room... i just walked right in.

I saw Bella sitting on the bar stool with a glass of wine...

"A little early for that isn't it?" i asked.

"It's this Cedric and Pansy bullshit. I don't want him staying here in my bed right now knowing he slept with that whore, but then i can't sleep without him it's like there's a missing piece... and then the thought of them makes me want to gag." she spoke out clearly.

"Where's he even staying at then" I asked a little bored grabbing a bottle of my personal favorite Jack Daniels.

"Oliver ummm Woods? I think" she muttered out.

"Well are you ok?"

"Wow words i'd never expect to come from my narcissistic, cold hearted, degrading brother" she laughed out showing she was just joking...

but she wasn't wrong you rarely heard me ask if someone was ok because i just didn't care.

"But yea i'll be fine." she spoke out...

Around 8:30 i headed back to hades and my dormitory... i stayed longer then i'd expected but she had food so.

HADES POV:
i woke up cold.

I turned around hoping to see Draco, but he wasn't in the bed... i sat up in bed my feet dangling off the bed... i finally got up and walked around our house checking to see if he was there... he left... suddenly i heard to doorknob start to jerk around and a few loud noises outside the door.

I quickly went and grabbed the Bat ( a muggle weapon) even though we had magic we couldn't use it on breaks even in the castle and we didn't go back to classes until January 10th and it was only December 26th so a bat was the best hope i had unless i wanted to be expelled... I didn't know who it was... i was afraid it was Harry coming back or Ginny... the door started to slowly open... i drew the bat back ready to swing... i stood in front of the door prepped... my heart dropped as i was in mid swing when Draco walked in.

"JESUS FUCKING CHRIST YOU COULD'VE KILLED ME YOU WHORE" he yelled out looking at the bat stopped in mid air.

"Well it sounded like you were Harry or someone trying to get in sOrRy" i said making the sorry sarcastic.

He harshly grabbed the bat from me and sat it down before walking past me.

"Where were you this morning" i asked a bit bored.
