Chapter Six Part 4

"Glad you're back Karina" Draco said as the girl sat down in the desk next to him
"Glad to be back"  She looked up at her professor and smiled

"Class dismissed" He said with his usual monotone voice, followed by the cheers of her peers excited that it was finally lunch time.
"Hey are you okay. . . you were kind zoned out through the whole class"
"Yeah, yeah I'm fine I was just thinking"
They made their way into the hall and took their seat grabbing the food and serving their plates, But not Karina. She looked around the room looking for him, he wasn't there. She grabbed two plates and started to put food on them.
"Hey where are you going" Draco called after her as she stood up and made her way out of the great hall
"NOWHERE" She called back as she turned around to see the confused faces on Blaise, Draco, and Pansy on the Slytherin table. Then her eyes scanned to see the confused faces of Ella, Aine, George, Ron, Harry and Hermione from the Gryffindor table. She smiled and looked at the Ravenclaw table to see Z and Luna 'secretly' holding hands from underneath the table while eating. She turned back around and made her way to her location.
She knocked and opened the door after not hearing a response and there he was.
"Karina?"
"Hello Severus" She said as she made her way to his desk and put the plate in front of him
"What are you doing here?"
"I came to have lunch with my blood sister or erm- blood brother"
"What are you-"
"The hospital told me, after I woke up that it was you who gave me the blood so thanks"
"No... problem?" She nodded and took her seat in front of him and started to eat.
"I didn't know if you liked pizza or not but its my favorite so I brought you some pizza, macaroni and cheese and they call that roast feet I think?" 
"I have food" He nodded towards some crackers sitting on his desk  and she laughed
"You can't live off crackers, trust me. Plus I see mold on that thing so you can eat your moldy crackers orrrrr you can  eat the Mack and G-Ezy"
"G-Ezy?"
"Yup, it is currently me and Malfoy's favorite artist... just don't tell our fathers"
"Okay" 
"Mmmm this roast feet is really good"
"Roast beef"
"Huh?"
"It's called Roast beef"
"Hmm I like Roast Feet better"
"Roast feet it is" 
"So how is your day going, how are the annoying first years doing"
"Considering you are talking about them as if you were never one of them is something"
"Me a first year no I'm a second year now Severus"
"No... annoying"
"I take deep offense in that sir"
"Christmas is 3 days . . . are you staying or you going to the Dimora"
"I suppose i'll stay it's not like they are gonna be there" 
"I suppose you are . . . correct"
"How long have you and my mother been best friends"
"since we were 11 . . . I met Bella at kings cross"
"Did you love her? At any point"
"Your mother, No. She was. . . like a sister, we helped each other, looked out for each other. She helped me gain the confidence to talk to the girl I did like. . . Lily, Lily Ev-"
"Karina I've been looking all over for you" Ron called out as he walked into the room followed by George, Fred, Ella and Aine
"Oh I was just having Lunch with Professor Snape here"
"Ron wanted to ask you something" Ella said as she pushed him closer to her. Karina got up off the chair and walked even closer to him. He held onto her hands and looked at Snape which caused him to go back to his 'reading'.
"As you know Christmas is 3 days and- you ask her" 
"She's your girlfriend" Fred said as he nudged his shoulder to keep going 
"Would you be interested in coming home with us for Christmas"
"W- with your family, to meet your family"
"Yeah..."
Karina's dad's words went through her head "You need to remain loyal to him or he and I will be hurting all your little friends" 
"I - I don't kn-"
"We're going..." Aine said as she grabbed George's hand and smiled up at him 
"I mean come on, what do think is better, staying in an empty castle, or a whole estate all by your self or in a house full of people actual people" Ella finished as she walked towards Karina and nodded.
"I- sure, I would love to go" 
"We should get packing then shouldn't we" Aine said as she looked at the boys then at Ella and Karina
"You guys go ahead I'll catch up later" the group looked at her in confusion but respected her wishes and left. She walked back to his desk and started gathering her things and cleaning her mess. 
"Christmas at the Weasley's"
"Please don't tell my father" 
"I won't. . .have a nice Christmas Karina"
"You too dad, I mean Professor, I'm sorry" She took her bag and her plate and walked out and made her way to the Slytherin Common Room to see the twins and Ron sitting on the couch there. They looked around the house confused. 
"Does it always make that noise" George asked as Karina walked in referring to the noise of the sea animals.
"Considering we're underwater. . . yeah, you'll get used to it" Those three really looked out of place, In a room full of green, silver or black, whether it was the the black leather couch  with Emerald green pillows to accessorize it or the green silk drapes or the silver rug, Their black and red robes stood out clearly. She made her way up to her room to see Ceci laying on her bed, on her stomach watching Ella, and Aine playing around while helping Ella pack. Their attention went on Karina her face looking a bit sadder than usual.
"Hey you okay?" Ella asked as Karina walked over to her bed, jumped on and hugged her stuffed animal. She looked down at her sheets not answering her friends question, she didn't know how to answer it cause she herself didn't know if she was okay. She felt sad but she didn't understand exactly why. 
"Is it those dream Malfoy was talking about" Aine said as she laid on Karina's bed looking at her.
"No its... my dad he said I basically needed to break up with Ron and stop being friends with Hermione, the twins, and Potter or he would hurt them and I obviously don't want them to end up hurt so..." 
"Are you gonna do it"
"I don't know, I mean I don't want to. I like Ron... a lot, but I think it's a bit selfish of me to keep them at risk just to be friends and keep dating him right"
"I don't know either... but what you take this trip with us and think it over"
"Yeah maybe"
"Here we'll help you pack yeah?"
"Yeah thank you guys"

Knock Knock
"Can you believe it we have to start wearing these things" Ella said as she picked up the training bra up in the air causing the girls to start laugh
"THERE'S NOTHING HERE TO TRAIN" 
Karina made her way to the door and opened it to reveal Draco Malfoy standing there with a confused face
"Oh shit" Ella said as she put the bra down and tried her best to hide them under a pillow. He walked in and sat on Karina's bed
"Who can tell me why there's three Gryiffindorks in the common room" 
"They are waiting for us to finish packing" Ella said as she completed her luggage with her clothes she got Karina's trying bras from underneath the pillow and put them underneath her shirt, she slowly walked over to Karina's luggage and quickly put them in her suitcase. 
"What is she on" Draco asked as he picked up the bra from the suitcase and looked at it with one brow raised
"KARINA'S MUM SENT TRAINING BRAS"
"SO DID YOU MUM"
"We were just making fun of them" Ceci said grabbing her black nail polish from her dresser and started painting her nails
"Ceci your mum sent some over too" Karina said throwing the small brown package at Ceci followed by a giggle
"Again I say there's nothing to train" Ella said as she took her suitcase and put it next to the door. Draco looked at Karina and placed the piece of clothing back in her suitcase, 
"You're leaving?"
"Yeah... Ron invited me over to go with is family along with Ella and Aine" 
"Oh..."
"Yeah... are you going to the manor"
"No I was gonna stay"
"I think we should go" Ella said as she looked at Aine and Ceci
"What but I was just painting my-" 
"Come on" Ella took her suitcase out and the girls followed behind her. Karina looked at Draco and closed her suitcase and placed it next to the door and walked back to her bed
"I was staying because I thought you were staying" 
"I was ... but now I'm not, I'm sorry"
"It's fine, really" he got off the bed and walked towards the door
"Come on I'll help you take this down" Draco said as he grabbed the handle and began to walk down the stairs with Karina following not far behind. Ron stood up and walked towards them taking the suitcase and nodded at Draco
"Are you ready" 
She looked at Draco smiled and nodded "Yeah I'm ready" Fred walked over to Ella and took her travel bag and her hand and started to walk out following Aine and George. Ron looked at Karina and started to walk out too. Karina sighed and started to walk but not before turning back and giving Draco a big hug
"Merry Christmas D"
"Merry Christmas Rina" 
"I'll be back" she smiled and walked out the Slytherin house and towards the Hufflepuff house to help Aine pack up. At the end of the day everyone was packed and ready to board the train. They all took a compartment and chatted but Karina didn't she looked out the window lost in her thoughts.
"Hey" Ceci turned around, startled seeing Blaise Zabini standing there at the entrance of the astronomy tower
"H-Hi what are you doing here thought everyone would be on the train back home" 
"No me . . . My parents decided to go on a trip with the DeMarco's, Malfoy's, Crabbe's and Goyle's this Christmas. Mind if I have a seat"
"Not at all" he took a seat next to her and looked at the sky, the sun setting. She couldn't keep his eyes off him, his skin was like golden when the sun hit it. She couldn't look away his eyes they were-
"Did you hear me Cecilia"
"No I'm sorry what did you say"
"I said... I liked you"
"R-really"
"Yeah"
"Well Blaise, I like you too" he looked at her and smiled. He leaned closer and kissed her cheek. A slight blush formed on her face as she hugged him and hid her face in the crook of his neck.
"Nervous?"
"Just a bit" Karina answered as she stood in the middle of Ella and Aine with their boyfriends covering them with their back turned towards them but no once did they let go of their hands. 
"YOU'RE HERE" The girls heard a women yell and the boys chuckled. The girls held on tighter on their hands in fear of their parents not liking them.
"Mum"
"We present to you"
"My girlfriend Karina"
"My girlfriend Ella"
"My girlfriend Aine" 
In a swift moment the boys let go of their hands and moved out the way to reveal the girls. With a mix of shock and fear they looked at the woman in front of them. She had a yellow dress on with an apron on. Her bright red hair shoulder length hair puffy and put in a half ponytail. 
"Honestly you couldn't find anyone better" 
"MUM"
"WE LOVE THEM"
"I was talking to the girls" she walked over to them and embraced them in a big group hug. 
"Welcome ladies, My home is your home. You need anything don't be afraid to ask" She lead the girls in the house leaving the boys behind
"Come on boys bring in their bags come on"
Walking into the house the smell of bread and cackling fire hit the girls noses and calmed them down a bit.  
"My name is Molly and we are so incredibly happy to have you girls join us"
"MUM WHERE DO WE PUT THE BAGS"
"GINNY'S ROOM DEAR" 
"Hi Mrs. Weasley my name is Aine O'Clery and I am so happy to be here"
Karina and Ella looked at each other with wide eyes, Thinking the exact same thing
"This is Ella and Karina and sorry they are a bit quiet they are really nervous"
"Oh don't be... what are your last names"
"slytherin"
"demarco"
"I'm sorry?"
"My name is Ella Slytherin"
"My name is Karina DeMarco" they looked down causing Molly to grab their hands.
"Oh don't do that, we don't judge here, especially on parents. We know you aren't your parents"
"They really aren't" Fred started as he made his way out the bedroom next to the kitchen with his brothers following after. 
"Especially this one" Ron said as he grabbed Karina's hand and kissed it causing Molly to smile at the scene. 
"Dinner is ready, the question is are you girls ready to eat"
"BLOODY HELL I AM" 
"She said the girls Ron everyone knows your ready to eat all the time"
"I could eat" Karina said as she looked at Aine and Ella 
"Yeah me too"
"Me too" Molly smiled and lead them to the table where they started eating
"Arthur is running a bit late but he should be here at any-"
"HELLO FAMILY" The older gentlemen went to the sink washed his hands, made his way to his wife gave her a kiss and sat down, completely dismissing the girls sitting there he started to talk. 
"Oh that DeMarco today, he asked to leave work early again today to be with his family, can you believe it... He always uses that to leave and I don't know what he's doing, but I heard that his family haven't seen him in a while . . . and I know we don't talk about people like that but I want to be home with my family as well and you know what I think-"
"Arthur my love here we have Fred, George and Ron's girlfriends here. Ella Slytherin, Aine O'Clery and Karina... DeMarco" 
"DeMarco as in"
"Yeah... and don't worry about it, I'm not so fond of my father either. You're right we haven't seen him for a while"
The rest of the dinner was silent which apparently was something unusual for the Weasley's. Time passed quickly with the silence, its was almost as in a blink they were laying in bed. Karina, Ella, and Aine having trouble sleeping.
"Hey are you awake" Ella whispered.
Karina picked up her head and nodded "Yeah. . . I can't stop thinking about it, I mean I made it awkward right"
"No no no you didn't it's just a new atmosphere" Aine said quickly trying to get her friend away from those thoughts. 
"yeah we'll adjust... maybe tomorrow will be better"
"I hope so" even after that short conversation they still weren't able to go to bed. 
The next morning they woke up due to the loud noise coming from outside Ginny's room.
"MOM FRED WON'T GIVE ME BACK MY WAND"
"I DIDN'T TAKE IT, IT WAS GEORGE" 
"I DON'T HAVE IT, GINNY HAS IT"
"NO DON'T YOU DARE GET ME INTO YOUR MESS... MOM HAVE YOU SEEN MY JUMPER " 
"Well I guess the party has started out there" Ella chuckled as she put on her slippers. Karina smiled, put her hair up in a bun and put on a sweater. Aine grabbed some sweatpants and put them over her sleeping shorts. They walked out of the room and everyone's eyes were on them.
"Good morning baby" George said as he embraced Aine in the biggest hug and placed a sweet kiss on her cheek.
"Hey"
"Hey" Karina said as Ron hugged her and took her hand and lead her to the couch.
Ella looked at Ron and then at Karina, looked over to Fred who was talking to his mother and smiled. 
"how'd you sleep"
"Okay but it would have been better in your arms" Aine said causing Georgie to blush slightly.
"How did you sleep" Ron asked talking her hands in his, she smiled looked down and sighed.
"We need to talk"
