Chapter 2 Part One

"KARINA...KARINA WAKE UP YOUR GOING TO BE LATE" 
"I don't think you should do that"
I jumped and opened my eyes. Pug face. "What's happening...why are you waking me up"
"We have 30 minutes until breakfast starts"
"I have an alarm you know...It goes off 5 minutes before we have to leave...I get ready fast" I took my pillow and put it on my face trying to go back to sleep. Nothing. "Great now I can't go back to sleep". I got out of bed and made my way to closet going through my clothes "What do you think I should wear"
"Maybe your uniform"
"Right the whole boarding school thing kinda forgot that" I grabbed my skirt, shirt and sweater vest and tie and looked at the girls "Do you know if its going to be cold today" 
"Not sure"
I took my long socks and went to the bathroom. I washed my face brushed my teeth, went to the bathroom and changed. I got out of the bathroom and did a little spin and the girls looked at me and nodded. "I choose the long socks because if it is cold then I bring them up, if its hot I fold them down"
"Innovative"
"Exactly" I got my bag put my books in and looked at the schedule. "Flying do you think well float" 
"I think we use brooms"
"That's such a stereotype but it makes sense". We finished grabbing our things and made our way to the great hall to which was already packed with people. Pansy made her way to the Slytherin table and me and Ella stood at the entrance looking for Aine. Once we found her we made our way to her table and stood in front of her. "Sooooo"
"So what?"
"How was last night did you like your room, are your roommates annoying ours kinda is... did you find a boy". She looked at us and then looked around. 
"Sit sit" We sat down and the other Hufflepuff's looked at us and looked kinda scared 
"Its okay we're nice we're not going to hex you" Ella elbowed me and smiled
"Don't say that"
"I said we weren't going to" We both looked at Ella and she smiled. 
"There's a boy"
"THERES A BOY...sorry quiet"
"Who's this boy that has you smiling that big"
"He older"
"Older men huh kinda hot"
"ELLA"
"She right look at all these men not boys but MEN"
"What's his name"
"Diggory we spent all last night talking about the whole thing. He helped me feel less nervous and gave me tips" I wiggled my eye brows and smiled a stupid smiled
"NOT THOSE TIPS KARINA" Ella said pushing me and I just started to laugh uncontrollably 
"What tips was she talking about"
"You'll find out later"
"My parents told me when I turned 11 no filter all the juicey details it was kinda nasty"
"Your parents told you...I found out. My eyes EUGH" I said shuddering thinking about it all over again. 
"Told you what"
I patted her head and smiled "Oh child of mie enjoy this while it lasts...enjoy it"
"What year is he"
"Fourth year"
"OH... YOU REALLY SAID GIVE ME A MAN"
"Oh stop it"
"Where is this man"
"Probably out in the yard he says he doesn't do the whole breakfast scene"
"SKINNNNNY"
"Oh my gosh" Draco came to the Hufflepuff table and gave me an envelope 
"This was sent to you...its from your dad" I smiled big and took it "Thanks". I tore it open and started to read it.

Dear Karina

I am so sorry I couldn't make it to the platform but I'm so proud of what a fantastic little girl and young woman you're growing to be. I'm proud of you.

I took the paper and crumbled it up
"Are you okay Karina"
Draco looked at me with worry in his eyes I shook my head looked down. "He couldn't even write me a letter...this is my mother's writing. He doesn't care about me" Draco sat next to me and hugged me and rubbed my back. 
" Screw him...It doesn't matter what he thinks I think your the coolest girl out there even when your mean to me"
"We're proud of you...you don't need your dads approval"
"Yeah you do you boo" I looked at Ella and Aine and smiled 
"Thanks guys your super cool...thanks to you too Draco" he smiled at me and got up 
"I...uh should probably get back don't to be seen sitting with the Hufflepuff's"
"There he is old Draco's back" he looked at me and rolled his eyes. 
"I mean it you know your super cool"
"Thanks D" he smiled and walked away. 
"oooooo you and Malfoy sitting in a tree"
"D-I-S-T-I-N-G"
"That's not how you spell disgusting"
"I knew that"
"You guys are going to get married and have a lot of babies"
"EUGH with Malfoy, I'd rather die. I'd rather marry Harry Styles"
"He's a adult"
"Isn't he 21?" 
"That won't stop me I love him"
"Here eat this" Ella gave me a plate with eggs sausage bacon and toast I smiled and started to eat. 
"So what did you and Diggory talk about last night"
"Well I told him how nervous I was and he told me not to be, I'll be great then I told him about my mum and my worries "
"How'd it happen"
"Last night I couldn't sleep so I went to the common room and quietly made my self some hot chocolate and sat on the couch in front of the fire to calm down and he walked down the stairs"
