Niall's pov
i dragged Jessie out into the garden and jumped in the pool, she just sat on the egde, dipping her feet in while all the boys jumped in.
"whats up jess?" louis said
"nothing, just thinking" she said looking destressed
"thinking about what hunnie?" i said getting up on the edge, sitting down next to her
"thinking about the past.. everything thats gone on since i moved here..." she said tears in her eyes
"the past is the past babe" niall said
"your only saying that because you remember how you use to treat me and the living hell you put me through when i moved here! i dont understand why i forgave you so quickly!" she said getting up, throwing her sunglasses at the table and then walking off, crying
"jess! wait! im sorry" i shouted getting up but louis pulled me back
"give her time.." louis said patting my shoulder lightly
"this is all just a mess... she's the girl of my dreams and i put her through hell... at first i didnt think but now im thinking about it, ive realised how much of an idiot i was, we were all idiots for bullying her and i wish she'd see we didnt mean anything and that we are sorry but no shes not going to because.. because ive lost her! ive lost her!" i said, dropping my glass, glass was everywhere.
"hey niall... calm down mate!!!!" harry said walking into the lounge
"calm down..me calm do-" i said but jessie walked in
"yes calm down niall! now from listening and watching you smash that glass ive seen the real you! the real you is a bully.. a violent bully that doesnt care!!!" jessie said grabbing all her things and putting it all in her nike duffell bag
"jessie! im not.. i promise you, im just angry. i wish you could see how much i care about you and how sorry i am for bullying you in the past. i love you jessie!" i said grabbing her hands, hand in hand, she soon shook me off
"well i wish you could see that youre actions in the past have changed me as a person. im a scared, self concious girl that slit her neck for the boy she loved because she wanted to prove that she would die for you but no obviously that didnt mean a thing..." she drifted off
"what? you did that for me?" i questioned
"yes niall i did.." she said grabbing all her stuff and putting her coat on
"jessie.. dont leave, i love you more than anything!" i said
"i think its best that we dont see each other for a while, this isnt working niall" she said grabbing her stuff and giving me the key
"no your not leaving, i wont let you. where will you go?!" i said standing infront of her so she couldnt leave
"i dont know but i cant be here......" she said looking down at the floor
"its not cause of the past is it?! its something else... i can tell you still love me jess" i said kissing her head, she just hugged me tight. "what is it babe?"
"im dying niall...." she said, all the boys walked in, there faces dropped when they realised what she said
"jessie? what? how?" louis said beginning to cry, he did really care about her
"i've got cancer.." she said bursting into tears
