The gang and Sabriye were having dinner together, full of chatter, as usual, when Boboiboy, Yaya, Ying and Fang noticed their other friends' interaction. Gopal and Sabriye were having their own conversation without the others and it was filled with fond smiles and laughter.
They seemed comfortable with each other; too comfortable, in fact. It was as if they were a couple having a dinner date. Ying and Fang had knowing smirks on their faces before Ying spoke up, "I see guys are having a lovely conversation. Would you like us to leave you two alone? I'd rather not be the third wheel."
This caused the said duo to blush madly and look away from Ying while Gopal kept protesting otherwise. All of a sudden, a chuckle was heard. Sabriye was laughing in a situation like this. Her reaction was enough to raise eyebrows. "Oh, believe me, Ying, I feel the same way. Would you like us to leave, so that you and Fang can have your little date as well?"
It was Ying and Fang's turn to blush madly. Gopal burst out laughing at their reactions while Sabriye smirked in victory. "What?! T-That's seriously ridiculous! Why would I be paired up with this narcissistic hedgehog?!" Ying screamed as she pointed at Fang. He was offended, "Hey! I'm not that bad!"
That escalated into bickering between the two. The same one that Sabriye had seen in various fanfictions and fan comics. However, Sabriye still had her smirk. She teased, "Aww, how cute. You guys are bickering like an old married couple."
This was enough to cut their argument short as Ying and Fang blushed further and looked away from each other, scowling and silently growling. Gopal gained his composure from laughing so hard as he sighed in delight and complimented, "That was a good one, Sabriye." Sabriye hummed in acknowledgement for his compliment.
Abruptly, Sabriye's onyx gray eyes lit up as she was reminded of something, "Oh yeah, there's even a case where Boboiboy and Yaya are being paired up too." The duo in question nearly choked on their food in disbelief as bright red blushes appeared on their faces.
Gopal joined in on the teasing as he responded, with a cheeky look, "Oooooh... I didn't know this group was filled with couples, even before we first met Sabriye." Everyone of the gang, except Gopal and Sabriye, were blushing madly and avoiding eye contact with one another, due to their embarrassment.
Gopal and Sabriye quickly left the cafeteria - as they were finished with their food. Once they were far from the rest of the gang, they burst out laughing at their reactions. "I swore to myself I would get revenge for pairing us up the first time, so I just couldn't miss the chance," Sabriye explained.
Gopal responded, "I'm glad you didn't." They fist-bumped before parting ways to their respective rooms bidding each other a good night.
