"Okay let's go!" I exclaim as we all get into the car and drive towards Bronny's house. When we arrive there, Emma parks her car across from his house. We silently creep up to the front house gate and climb over. As we climb over, my shirt gets caught in the gate. I try my best to untangle it, but it rips. I brush it off and remind myself that I can always purchase a brand new one.
After we reach the floor on the other side of the gate, Emma, Maddie and I sprint towards the house and climb the tree to get to his room. I look in his room and see him sitting on the end of his bed with his face in his hands. I must've really hurt him.
I throw a stick at the window, and he notices it straight away. He slowly walks up to the window and opens it. "Who's there?" he asks as he looks into the pitch-black dark.
"Me, stupid!" I say as I show myself in the tree.
He hesitates to let me, Emma and Maddie, in. "Please," I say as he signals me to climb into his room through the window. As soon as we get into his room, Maddie and Emma start staring at something. After I brush the dirt off my outfit, I look up to see Mikey Williams and Zaire Wade staring at us very weirdly.
"You like snow bunnies?" Mikey says as he laughs at us.
"Bro shut up!" He says as he sneakily smiles and throws a pillow at him. Before I knew it, Emma and Maddie were talking to Mikey and Zaire. I hope they aren't catching feelings because i don't want to be a fifth wheel.
"Can we talk?" I ask as I show a soft smile.
"What?" he says as he grabs my hand and leads me into his bathroom. He locks the door and stands there waiting for an explanation.
"I need you babe," I say as I force tears into my eyes, I see his facial expression go from serious to soft.
"Sit on the table," he orders me.
"Why?"
"Do it!" he yells at me as I flinch.
I listen to him and sit on the table. My feelings may not be as strong as before but at least I can say, "I had a 'thing' with Lebron James' son,".
"I know you want me, but I don't want you," he says as he walks out
