Jesse's POV:

It was 8:15 when we finally got the text from Karson to come over and help his cousin unpack. We didn't get the full story but basically, Kimber, Karson's cousin is moving in with them for some reason. Even as his best friend, that's all the info I got. I wasn't sure about what was going on but the boys and I were headed to the Kook's house.

Jordan and I got to the house right after JJ did. I immediately recognized Jake and smiled as I gave him a hug.

"How you been, Jesse? Long time no see," Jake laughed as pulled back from me.

"Good enough, how's college?" I replied. Just as he was about to respond she walked in. More like stumbled in with the help of Romeo. He had his arm around her waist and her arm was around his shoulders. Suddenly, I'd never been so jealous of Romeo. She was stunning, like gorgeous. I couldn't take my eyes off of her. Her long, dark, curly hair had blonde highlights and her eyes were honey glazed brown. God, I couldn't look away from her.

"Kimber, Romeo isn't a set of crutches. Use your real ones," her mother said.

"I don't need crutches mom. My leg was just stiff from sitting down for so long. I can walk just fine. I've been in a leg brace before, I got it," Kimber spoke. Even her voice was beautiful.

Kimber's POV:

I hobbled my way into the house from the car. I could walk well enough but my leg was stiff so it was a bit of a struggle so Romeo threw my arm above his shoulders, helping me to walk. "Thanks, Rome but I'm really okay, it's just gonna take a minute."

"No worries, Kim," he said walking into the house. Right as we reached the kitchen I saw Karson and four other guys I haven't really seen before. But my eyes landed on one boy imparticular. He had blonde hair and blue eyes and a sexy smile on his face. His arms looked big even in his leather jacket. His stare was gorgeous and I couldn't look away as he looked me up and down and smiled wider at me. Wow, he was so... so wow."

"Kimber, Romeo isn't a set of crutches. Use your real ones," my mother said, taking my attention off the blonde boy in front of me.

"I don't need crutches mom. My leg was just stiff from sitting down for so long. I can walk just fine. I've been in a leg brace before, I got it," I replied back. She rolled her eyes at me. We stood awkwardly, Jake talking to all of the boys here.

"Alright, Allison and I will be down here. Will you boys go get all the boxes from Allison's car and Karson, show everyone to Kimber's room, please?" My Aunt Sarah asked Karson. Karson sent the boys out to get boxes and showed me upstairs. Each boy walked in one by one and Karson introduced me to them.

The first boy was a tall, light-skin boy with blonde, short dreads, and brown eyes. Around "6'2." He had a gorgeous, straight, white smile and his face was perfectly symmetrical. "Kim, this is JJ Porter. He's the football player in our friend group," Karson spoke. JJ set the box down and came and gave me a side hug.

"Nice to meet you, Kimber," he said and then left the room to go get another box. Next walked in a tall white boy with brown hair that was quiffed up. He seemed to be around the same height as JJ and also had brown eyes. He seemed to be built more like a runner but still strong.

"This is Jackson Elliot. A senior and tri-athlete," Jackson winked at me and we both smiled.

"That's me," his voice was warm. "I'm gonna go get some more stuff now." Jackson left and in walked another boy, taller than the other two, around "6'4" maybe? Barely shorter than Karson. Sandy brown hair and gorgeous blue eyes. His smile was small but fit his face. Before Karson could introduce him, he stuck his hand out.

"Name's Jordan. Older brother of the dork right behind me. It's lovely to meet you," his voice was deep and husk. I smiled and shook his hand. He gave me a nod and then walked out. The last boy who walked in was the sexy blonde. The shortest of them all but no less than "6'0" tall. His yummy eyes met mine and I saw his small smile.

"This is-" Karson began.

"Jesse. Jesse Baker," Jesse interrupted.

"Nice to meet you, Jesse, Jesse Baker," I laughed as he grabbed my hand and kissed the top of it. I blush and Karson backhanded Jesse's arm.

"Well aren't you quite the charmer, Baker," Karson raised his brows at Jesse.

"Only for the prettiest ladies," he winked at me.

"You're not to bad yourself," I giggled.

"Alright, get out, Baker," Jake said as he came in and set down a box. "There's still ten boxes downstairs," he said shoving Jesse. Jesse shoved him back and they went back and forth all the way out of sight.

After we finally got everything unpacked it was almost 10pm and I was exhausted. All the boys were sitting on the floor in my room talking.

"So... Kars..." I began. Karson jumped up from the bed and slapped his hands together.

"Right! Our surprise for you. But only if you're up for it." Karson looked around at all the boys. Jackson looked down at his phone and then spoke.

"The girls are already there if she's down." I looked around confused.

"The girls?" I asked.

"Sienna, April, and Chloe," Jesse spoke.

"And who are they cause we all know you don't have a girl, Karson," I teased my cousin.

"Sienna is my girl," JJ said proudly. That made me smile.

"April's mine," Jackson said, looking back down at her phone. I looked over at Jesse and saw him roll his eyes.

"And Chloe is my girlfriend," Jordan said and smiled. "She goes to our rival school but still a part of the group," he explained.

"Okay, so when do I get to meet them?" I ask impatiently.

"At a party tonight?" Rio said.

"I don't know, Ri. I'm kinda tired," I tried to say.

"Please, Kimmy," Karson said. Oh, God. This was a terrible idea.

"Fine. Let's go."
