I looked at Lucas as he looked back at me as will. Its pretty weird but I feel kinda special. I mean really?! Does a cute guy always come at night and knocks at your window!? This usually happens in one of those girly romantic chickflick movies. I gulped and looked down at the base ball that I was playing with and threw it somewhere. I quietly and shyly walked up to Lucas. Its not my fault! I'm pretty nervous here! This doesn't normally happen. And be sides I'm kinda curious how he got up there. I set my hands on the railing and went closer to Lucas. I looked down and couldn't believe it."Hey......Buddy...I think you should come inside and off the neighbors ladder." I smiled while leaning towards him. He laughed. "Darn it! I guess my plan didn't work huh?" He chuckled. "Hahah! What plan?" I giggled. "Will the plan that was suppose to fool you but its fine."
" better luck next time." I said. I was still smiling. I couldn't help it, like we haven't done something like this for a long time. It felt Coolio. "Ness?" I snapped back. "What..." I said. "Hahaha! you never changed." He was laughing but I didn't know why. "What do you mean??" I nervously asked. He kept laughing but suddenly climbed inside from the window. He walked towards with a smirk on his face. "No, its just funny how your clueless." He said. "About what?" I asked. "For not noticing what you always do." He laughed. "And that would be?" I said. "For staring at me, you dork!" He said while petting my head. We bothed laughed even through its kinda embarrassing but it felt nice for once. After the laughter faded we sat on my bed. We sat in silence while the moon reflection light on us. There was little to talk about. We just talked about the weather or school. It was boring. Through when I look at Lucas I can see that something is bothering him but he's trying so hard not to show it. While he was talking I asked him if he's ok. "I'm fine. Why?" "Cause you don't look calm. Usually your more relax, but right now you look stressed out." We looked at each other for a moment but Lucas looked away. He sighed and ask if I could get him a blanket. He knows its pointless to lie. I came back with a blanket and put it over him. "Thank you." He said. "Anytime." I sat right next to him and got inside the blanket. "Ness. Can I tell you something?" " Sure." "I don't know what to do." He said quietly. "About what?" "Don't laugh!" He pointed. "I wont ,I won't! Promise!" I said. "Ok. Will there's something wrong with me......" He said. "What do you mean?" I asked. "I think I like my beat friend." He said.
