Ness POV:

"......uhh... Yeah ...its Julie." He shyly said again. I turned and looked down not facing him anymore. I am shocked to the point where its just like why. " what did you text her......" I said so quietly that I already knew the answer to. " he nervously giggled and started fiddling with his phone. " I uh....I told her ....how I feel.....about her. I guess I told her....that I liked her." Though I wasn't looking at him I still feel he's uneasy. But I didn't care. I was silent and I didn't move at all. He looked at me and took a deep breathe and tried to calm down. Then he said something. " I wonder if she feels the same way. Like I'm kinda nervous but wow I can't believe I did it. Its taking her a while though." He said while looking at his phone. I didn't say anything. He then looked at me again. " Hey um..... Ness" I was still silent but for a bit I quietly answered back. " ........yeah..." He hesitates to say something. " I was wanting to ask if .....you.....um possibly liked Julie.... Maybe." I answered. " No. I don't like Julie that way......" He looked relieved and sighed. " I thought you did. It would be bad if ya did cause then this would be very awkward." he nervously laughed. I only sat there hearing him. Not saying anything. He talked about her while we waited. But then we heard his phone ring. He quickly unlocked his phone and his smile faded. His face went pale. His hand went limp and dropped his phone. He layed back and closed his eyes. We were still holding hands and his grip loosed. I used my free hand to touch his shoulders as to comfort him. I moved and came closer to him. When I did I was about to say something until I saw his phone. I glaced at it and I wished.........I.... I wished it wasn't true.
