Chapter 2: Punz

Is what I'm doing right? It has to be, Dream it will help me, they will see me, they will hear me. They will beg for mercy from me. I walk as Dream leads me to the Nether portal, I stop when we are in front of it, he turns to me.

"What's the matter Tommy? Got cold feet?" Should you do this? I don't have a choice.

"Cold feet? How could I have cold feet if we are in the fucking Nether! The hottest place on this SMP!" He chuckles at my response, he steps to the side, he holds out his arm and points it to the Nether.

"You first." I stared down the portal, every part of me was screaming not to go through, you will die as soon you step through. I didn't listen, I wanted to show Dream that nothing will stop me, not even fear. I went through the portal, I came out to the other side. My eyes took a moment to adjust to the light from the sun, I put my hand over my eyes and looked up to the sky. If you would ask me if the sky looks different I would have said yes. On the island it was dark and gray, always a hit of sadness, but here the sun shines so brightly, the sky is such a lively blue. I couldn't believe it, I never thought that I would be back here.

"You shouldn't be here, Tommy." My eyes landed on Punz, he held up a crossbow. I backed up a bit, not wanting to die, I bumped into something when I was backing up. It was Dream, He put his hands on my shoulder and shoved me forward.

"Relax Punz, you need to get use to him being here, since he is after all one of us now." Punz lowers his crossbow with a confused face.

"One of us?"

"Yeah, he's going to be training under you for a bit." Hold the fuck on, I did not agree to that.

"What wait-" Dream pat my back with a laugh,

"Don't worry, you will get to work for me soon but first we need to see if you are really loyal to us." I look over at Punz, I'm going to stay with him. Great. I crossed my arms and pouted, I didn't agree to this! It doesn't matter, I'll show Dream that I'm loyal, I'll show him that I can be strong!

"I'm not worried, I know I'll be training with you soon." Suddenly I felt a sense of purpose, I will become strong just like Dream, and L'manburg will see that I was never weak. A problem? Sure, but at least I was a problem who worked for them, now? I'm a problem that they wished was still theirs. Punz took me to his house, it was okay, nothing out of the world. It could be worse, I could have to live with Sapnap.

"Look kid, I have a lot of work to do, but I'll teach you how to fight. I mean, I've seen you fight already, and you're not bad but you could still improve."

"Yeah, um Wilbur was teaching me but that kinda ended after he....when Ghostbur came along." I looked down, I didn't say more, there was no need too.

"I'm going out for a bit, usually I'll take you with me so you can see how things will work but I can't this time, sorry." I shrugged, I'll just look through his stuff when he's gone, maybe find something cool.

"I do have a job for you though, you need to organize the chests, you can do right?"

"Yes of course I could do that!" I growled, he only rolled his eyes and left. There was nothing to do, so I ended up organizing the chests. It was boring, I wanted to fight, sneak in L'manburg and make them feel what I felt! I wanted to make them feel sorry.
