The Unimaginable Hidden Power

Training: Day 1

So school has brought a lot of homework. I'm sorry if I can't post as much as I have before. This quarter I have a lot of pressure on me to make good grades so I actually have to do something other than write, I'm so sorry!

Someone knocked on our door. I looked over to the clock.

5 am.

I groaned and rolled over away from the door. They knocked harder this time, and faster too, getting impatient. I sat up in my pallet. I looked around to see everyone sound asleep. Lucky they were, I was up all night with horrid dreams.

I threw the blankets off of me and stood up, walking to the door. I opened it and saw Mr. Aizawa, about to knock again.

The light from the hallway blinded me and I narrowed my eyes, trying to focus them.

"Time to wake up, put your gym uniforms on, and meet me outside." He stated, quickly moving over to the boy's dorm. I shut the door and turned to the girls.

Anxiety filled me with dread as I made my way over to Mina, gently shaking her. She groaned as her eyes opened and stared at me.

"We have to get up to train, could you help me wake everyone up?" She stretched out and nodded her head, her mouth opening into a yawn. She threw her blanket onto Momo right next to her as she stood up and flicked the light on.

"Mina! Not like that-" Groans sounded from the room as blankets went over their heads. "Mina what if I woke you up like that?!" I walked over to her, my face red with embarrassment.

"I'd get up," She yawned walking over to her stuff, grabbing her gym uniform, and walking out of the dorm.

"I'm sorry guys- Aizawa told me to get you guys up and I asked Mina for help and she-"

"Don't worry about it, Y/n, we are up now, right guys?" Jirou gently pulled the blanket from her head as she stood up. I smiled at her, a quiet thank you.

One by one they started to get up and I took my own uniform and heading towards the bathroom.

I yawned as I slumped down the hallway, my eyes drooping but my mind wide awake from torturing me all night.

I slipped the uniform on and pulled my hair up. Mina took her time in front of the mirrors. I quietly laughed. I twisted my hair into a ponytail as I walked out of the bathroom.

I opened the doors to the outside to see all of the boys out, except for a few. I walked out and Aizawa called to me.

"Y/n," I hung my head as I walked over to him.

"Yes?" I asked when he got in earshot of my mumbling.

"I have a hunch about your quirk." He said, lowering his voice and turning away from the boys. "Since you can control Air, Fire, and Earth, wouldn't it make sense you could control water too? Have you ever tried?" The idea shocked me, but pleasantly.

"Uh- no but I mean it sounds do-able..." He nodded, and turned back to the class, all the girls piling out of the building. I walked over to them, my head fuzzed with the idea of controlling water too.

They were laughing about something as I walked towards them my eyes skimming the ground.

I didn't want anymore power. I couldn't handle it. I already train my 3 abilities, and I still can't completely control them. Could i ever have enough time to train a 4th?!

The answer is no. Oh hell no.

I lifted my head towards the girls as the walked towards me. Their eyes flickered with happiness and laughter.
