Running Alive

Chapter 1.1

Once, there are these four girls, Ghiel, Sandra, Julia and Joyce. They were  going home from camping. Julia, the one who's driving, she's talking to the other three girls. She didn't realize that it was getting dark. Then, Sandra saw a dark figure walking across the road. 

Sandra: JULIA WATCH OUT!!!

They still hit the figure and went straight down to a hill. The car crashed to a large tree. Ghiel woke up and she saw her friends unconscius.

Ghiel: Guys?! Hey?! Wake up! *tapping them to wake up*

She panicked a little bit 'cause she doesn't know what she will do. She's just walking around the debris of the car when...

Julia: *getting up*

Ghiel: Are ya'll okay?

Sandra: *getting up*  Yeah, we're okay.

Joyce: Where are we?

Ghiel: I dunno... Nowhere?

They were fixing themselves when they heard rustling on a bush.

Julia: Hide!

All of them were panicking and Joyce was the one who's really paranoid

Sandra: Joyce, calm down will ya?

Then the rustling noise got louder and louder when someone showed up from those bushes.

Julia: Oh thank goodness! *walks to the man* Sir, we need your--

Sandra: Julia, are you sure he's to be trusted? He looks drunk.

Without a warning, the man jumped on her and tried to eat her face.

Julia: What the...?! Get off me, you bastard!

Man: Urrrgahh!

She then realized that it's not a man, it's an eater. Ghiel came to rescue with a debris from the wreckage of the car and whacked the head of the thing. 

Julia: Was that an eater?! I thought it only happens in movies?

All of them were shocked to what happened.

Joyce: I-is it dead?

Julia checked if it's really dead. Then it moved and with a blink of an eye, it grabbed her shoulders and tried to eat her. She keeps struggling and struggling until she slipped and hit her head. The eater got on top of her and the eater is trying to eat her face off.

Julia: Guys!!! A little help?!

The others were too scared to go near. She's starting to lose hope. But Ghiel grabbed the eater's leg and whacked the head until it's dead for sure. She helped her up and...

Ghiel: You okay, dude?

Julia: *adjusting her glasses*  I'm kinda diz---

She suddenly dropped to the ground and she's unconscius.

Sandra: What happened to her?!

Joyce: I saw her hit her head a while ago.

Sandra: What now?

Ghiel: Guess we're gonna be staying here until she wake up.

Sandra: I wish our camping supplies are still okay from that crash.

Ghiel: That's brilliant, Sandra! Let's check it out.

They went to the back of the car and luckily, the trunk's okay. They opened it and they saw their supplies like sleeping bags, a lighter... They also gathered some woods for fire. They went back and saw Julia getting up... They hurriedly went to her...

Sandra: Are you feeling well?

Joyce: Are you okay?

Ghiel Are you okay?

Julia: I'm okay. If it's not for Ghiel, I would be dead. Thanks, dude. *brofist*

Joyce: What;s happening guys? I don't understand.

Sandra: You know, I never thought eaters are real since they only happen in movies.

Ghiel: Yeah. We will make it through this as long as we stick together.

Julia: Yeah.
