Drowning's For Cowards

     It was midnight and everyone was asleep except for two lions right now who were walking towards Hakuna Matata Falls.

"Senpai, what're we doing here at midnight?" Kion asked, he was gonna learn how to kick but what was his grandpas plan?

"Lemme see your front legs." Taka said and Kion was confused but put them out front and Taka grabbed a vine hanging around his neck and started to tie both of his legs up.

"Hey, what? What're you doing?" Kion asked, a little nervous because he doesn't really know how to feel about being tied up.

"When you're in a fight, your first instinct is to use your front legs, right?" Taka asked and Kion nodded yes in response.

"Well you gotta unlearn that and kick with your back legs." Taka said as he finished tying up his great grandsons front legs.

"Uh, how?" Kion asked and without hesitation, Taka just pushed Kion and Kion fell into water of Hakuna Matata Falls.

Kion didn't know what to do, he just kept moving his entire body, hoping for help until he was pulled up but his front legs.

His grandfather only pulled him up to where his head can only breath.

"I'm drowning!" Kion had a hard time to speak but yelled.

"Drowning is for cowards, okay? Don't be a coward! Use your legs!" Taka demanded and pushed Kion back down and Kion was prepared this time and he was using his back legs to try to swim up but nothing was working.

Taka was watching from the surface and saw that this was getting nowhere.

"Should've asked if he knew how to swim." He muttered to himself

He ducked down and pulled Kion back up.

"Please! Not again! I'll die!" Kion cried out ,he was starting to get scared if he drowns and dies because he wasn't taught how to swim.

"Cobra Kai never dies! Repeat it!" Taka demanded.

"Cobra Kai never dies." Kion said in plead but Taka didn't accept it.

"Say it like your life depends on it!" Taka yelled.

"COBRA KAI NEVER DIES!" Kion yelled out and Taka smirked

"Now then, I won't help you this time, use the power of your legs! Understand?" Taka asked.

"Yes, senpai!" Kion responded and Taka pushed him back down to the water. This time, Kion tried to stay calm and focus all of his power on his back legs and started to use them to push his way up. Nothing worked. It felt like he was getting nowhere.

"C'mon kid, you've got this." Taka muttered to himself and he felt proud once he saw Kion come out of the water all on his own

"Awesome job, kid!" Taka congratulated, he actually felt proud of his grandson this time.

Next Day

Taka was holding up a board and Kion was his legs to try to kick it and break it.

"C'mon! Hit harder!" Taka encouraged and felt Kions kick increase even more.

"Kick harder, c'mon!" Taka encouraged more and Kions kicking picked up the pace.

With Kiara

"You guys are gonna throw another party? Haha, you guys are too much!" The younger sister of Jeuri asked, who's name was Luna.

"You, and maybe big sister Karahs boyfriend might be there too." Kiara said, and Lily spoke up.

"He really is cool!" Lily said with stars in her eyes, both sisters actually believe Kyron is super cool.

Luna just grinned at her two friends. Kiara then had a disappointed look on her face but also a bit of an angry one too.

"Just too bad our brother can't be that cool." Kiara stated and Lily silently agreed, Luna was surprised, she never knew they had a brother.

"You guys have a brother?" Luna asked, little bit surprised.

"Yeah, his names Kion. He's pretty annoying and so uncool. There's nothing special about him, he's the exact opposite of Kyron." Lily sighed.

"Yeah, plus he wears ugly clothing like that orange hoodie. I don't even get how he's related with us." Kiara said and to say Luna was surprised how low they talked about their brother.

Luna met all of the daughters of the king and queen, even the youngest ones. Was it only these two sisters, or were all of them feel the same way about him. But Luna decided to brush it off for now.

6 broken boards were laying on the grass. Kion had successfully kicked through the boards of the feet, chest and head.

"Great work, kid!" Taka congratulated and patted Kions back and Kion responded with a grin.

Both lions walked over and clean up a little bit for the day.

"Wish I could show my family what I did to those boards but...they probably wouldn't care." Kion sighed to himself. Taka looked over a bit at the kid and to be honest, he felt a little bit bad for him. He was really disappointed in his nephew, he was more proud of his son than him.

"Now look, remember that party that's gonna happen at Hakuna Matata Falls, we're gonna try to get some new students to join in." Taka said, and Kion agreed and then picked up his orange jacket and back to put it on.

"What is that?" Taka asked, in...disgust? Like it was the worst thing he's ever seen.

"It's my jacket?" Kion pointed out. Taka remembered when he ran into Kion a few times, he always wore that HIDEOUS jacket.

"You're not goin' like that, are ya?" Taka asked, wanted to know if Kion was joking but judging from his confused face, he sighed.

"Okay, no! I can't let you go out in a party full of lioness and other animals like that. If we're going, you're gonna need something that really looks cool." Taka stated.

"Well? What do you have in mind?" Kion asked.

Taka just smirked.

With Simba

Simba was walking around, after helping out Nala a little bit with the hunt, he got a call from Zazu that some animals needed help ordering some parts of the lands. Simba decided to help out.

"RIght this way, sire!" Zazu said as he flew farther away from Simba. Simba has been running around the entire time. So he suddenly just stopped.

"Sire? Are you alright?" Zazu asked.

"Yes, Zazu, you go on ahead...I'll catch up." Simba said, trying to catch his breath and Zazu nodded and flew away.

After a couple minutes, Simba regained his energy until he looked to his right and back out front only for eyes to widen. Did he see what he just saw?

Simba slowly turned his head to the right and what he saw froze him to the core. There was a giant stone leading to the outlands and a sign in black paint:

Simba couldn't believe his eyes. Then out of no where, he began to hear the past animals cheering.

"COBRA KAI, COBRA KAI, COBRA KAI, COBRA KAI, COBRA KAI, COBRA KAI, COBRA KAI..."
