The game ended very late with Beacon Hills winning by one point. The crowd screamed as the timer ran out. Cassandra cheered loudly as she watched the boys run off of the field. She noticed it had gotten very dark out which meant her hopes of finding the key today would have to wait. She felt a arm wrap around her shoulder as she heard someone yell in her ear. "Stiles I can no longer hear!" She screamed back at him as she looked up at the boy towering over her. "We won baby!" He screams as he wraps his arms around her waist and spins her around. Cassandras face flushed a dark shade of red at the feeling of Stiles picking her up. She squeals as she laughs in the boys arms. He sets her down on the ground as the adrenaline was taking over. His eyes meet her eyes causing his breath to get caught in his throat.
"Come on Stiles!" Scott yells as he grabs his arm and drags him away from Cassie. "I'll talk to you later!" Stiles yelled as he got dragged away by the other boy. Cassandra laughed as she sighed. She felt another arm wrap around her shoulder. Her smile quickly fell as her eyes landed on Jackson. "You never know when to stop.....do you?" She asks him sharply as she pushes him away. "Most people don't tell me to stop they just tell me to go faster." Jackson says sarcastically causing Cassandra to pretend to gag. Jackson laughs as he follows closely behind the girl as she walks over to Lydia. "Shouldn't you be in the locker room with your team?" Cassandra asks him sharply as she picks up her bag and throws it over her shoulder. "I'll meet you in the car." Lydia tells Cassandra as she glares at Jackson. Cassandra nods her head as she feels Jackson's presence behind her. He grabbed her wrist tightly causing her to flinch. "Let go." She tells him through gritted teeth. "I want you Cassandra and I always get what I want." He whispers in her ear. She tries to yank her hand away from him but he doesn't loosen his grip.
"You knocked those lockers over and you fixed Stiles leg.... tell me how you did it?" He asks her sharply as he digs his nails into her wrist. She winces in pain as she looks down at his hand on hers. Cassandras eyes noticed the field was empty and the stands were no longer filled with parents. "Jackson! Coach wants you in the locker room!" Stiles yells at him. His eyes land on Cassandra and Jackson. He noticed Cassandras eyes as they pleaded for help. He noticed Jackson hand on the girls wrist causing him to tighten his jaw. "Get off of her!" Stiles tells him sharply. Jackson playfully lets go of her wrist and holds his hands up in surrender. "Calm down Stilinski! I'm coming." Jackson replies playfully as he walks past him. Cassandra sighs in relief as she rubs her wrist from the pain Jackson caused her. "You okay?" Stiles asked in a a soft down as he looked at her with concern. She nodded her head as she met his eyes. She knew he could see right through her as he walked closer to her. He wrapped his arms around her and pulled her in for a hug.
"Your ear is bleeding." Stiles mumbles as he runs his hands through her hair. "It happened after I fixed your leg." Cassandra mumbled as she noticed him staring at her ear. He looked like he was thinking as he pulled away from hugging her. "Stilinski!" Coach yelled scaring the crap out of Stiles. "I think your magic may have an effect on your body if you use to much of it..... I'll call you tonight.... okay!" Stiles yelled as he sprinted to the locker room.
"Okay!" Cassandra yelled back as she laughed at him. She headed to Lydias car and quickly got in. Lydia of course bombarded her friend with questions about Stiles the entire ride to her house. "Thanks for the ride! I'll see you on Monday!" She yelled at Lydia as she got out of her car. She made her way inside her house. She quietly opened her door hoping her father was asleep. The door made a creaking sound as her eyes landed on her step father wide awake on the couch. He was sitting on the couch chugging a beer bottle. "Where were you?" He asks her sharply. "I told you I was cheering at the lacrosse game." She mumbled as she headed to her room. She heard glass shatter as she felt something sharp hit her back. She turned around as she realized her dad threw the bottle at her. "I don't like your attitude!" He screamed at her. She kept her emotions bottled up as she ran into her room and slammed the door. "Don't slam your fucking door!" He screamed at her.
"Fucking worthless piece of crap! I should have kicked you to the streets by now!" Her foster dad screamed at her. She covered her ears as he screamed more insults at her. She quickly turned on her music on full blast to tune out his screaming voice. She felt tears stream down her face as her body fell to the floor. She felt her makeup smear down her face. She quickly sat in her chair and looked at herself in the mirror. She wiped off her makeup as more tears fell down her face. She angrily pulled her bow out of her hair and threw her hair up in a messy bun. She quickly took off her cheer uniform and threw it across the room. She looked at her bare back in the mirror and noticed blood dripping down it. She didn't even feel the pain she was use to it she was now immune to it. She grabbed tissues and wiped the blood off of her body. She didn't even care to put bandaids on her body as she threw on normal clothes as she flopped onto her bed. She started sobbing into her pillow as the pain in her arms and back became overwhelming. Her mind flashed to Jackson as she felt pain in her wrist where he had clawed her. She needed to take her mind off of everything. She quickly looked on her desk for the note she found in her locker. She noticed her desk was empty and the letter was gone. She frantically looked on the ground for the letter but it was no where to be found. The small inconvenience caused her to cry even harder. She slammed her hands on her desk and aggressively shoved off all of her books that remained on it. She lost the one thing from her mom. She heard her phone ringing causing her to sigh as she answered it.
"Hello." She said into the phone as her voice cracked. "Hey! Are you okay? You don't sound good." Stiles replied in a happy tone through the phone. She chocked back her crying as she tried to speak into the phone. "The letter my mom wrote to me its..... it's gone.... I can't find it.... when I left I swore it was on my desk." She said softly into the phone as she sniffled. "Are you crying?" He asked her softly. "No." She lied causing Stiles to laugh. "You know I can tell when you are lying. I'll be over in ten." Stiles tells her softly. She starts to say something but he quickly stops her. "I'll come through the window." He reassures her. She sighs as she wants to tell him not to come because she didn't want him to see her like this but a part of her knew she needed him.
