Chapter 17: The sweet village

Techno ventures out on his horse. without any guidance he was wondering quite blindly, but he was memorizing where he was coming from. He spent a bit of time writing down land marks and making a few extra himself. He arrives at a small village.

It largely differs from the last one. happy sounding, music ringing through his ears as much as the birds loud chirp. He walks up to a person, hesitantly greeting them. "hello.." he steps back in worry that these people will be the same as the last. The long haired blond gal in front of him seems confused as e steps back. She adjust her blue snapback and her suspenders, then looking herself up and down.

"Is there something wrong?" She ask, her voice calming as the ocean's chill waves. Techno keeps wary, but figures that she's okay to talk to.

"no no, haha don't worry about it." He reassures. He looks around the village, seeing that many people have blond or pure white hair and are wearing blue. "must be a theme" he thinks to himself. Many other people welcome him, offering him gifts.

He happily takes the gifts since they're mostly herbs and necklaces. He puts the gifts in a bag he was given. "sir, you must meet eret, he came here just a few days ago and I think you'd want to meet him. He wears a crown like you!" A smaller child says, her light freckles sprinkling all across her face. Techno smiles and pats the white hair on the kids head.

"I'll gladly meet eret, where is he staying?" The kids here were very nice and not annoying at all, so he was actually being nice. He followed the kid to a house that's bound to a tree. She pointed at the staircase then walking away. He walked up to the door before knocking. "hellooo, eret it's me." he says, slowly opening the door.

He sees eret sleeping soundly on the bed in the guest house. "oh, well then.." he mumbles, looking around the room. He walks to a chair and sits down, holding his sword in hand. He messes with the sword in his hands before dropping it. The sword hits the ground with a loud clatter, making him flinch.

He hesitantly looks up to see a not so sleepy eret. Eret sits up in his bed, then looking at techno. He blinks his purely white eyes a bit in confusion, then reaching for his crown across the room. It slowly floats into his hand, before he nonchalantly puts it on his head.

"oh, hi techno." He finally says. "when did you get here?" he calmly questions. Techno sighs. "I got here just a few minutes ago, sorry if I woke you." Techno replies, chuckling nervously. Eret smiles and shakes his head. "don't worry about it, I was gonna wake up soon anyways." He says, getting out of bed. Eret walks over to to techno, holding his hand out.

Techno smiles and pushes erets hand back before standing up on his own. "No thank you." He says with a nod, then continues. "Anyways, wanna come back to base with me?" Eret shakes his head. "No, This place is fine." He reassures.

"There's much more than just me ya know.. who are you friends with.. there's.. fundy, Philza, whatever I'm just gonna list everyone...-" He list off everyone there. "Ooooh, okay. I guess I'll join you back." He says. Techno takes eret's hand into his and walks out of the trust house. "Well let's go, you can ride on my horse with me."

"Alright! Sounds like a plan"
