"Vic honey can you please go get some fish at the market? Tony wants fish sticks and he won't stop nagging." My mom called from down stairs, pausing my music I sat up on my bed
"Do I have to?! Its late at night and Alpha Kristen allready sent out the Warriors for the patrols, I might get mistaken for a rogue!" I screamed putting on my black crocs and hoodie, trying to put up and argument with my mom is futile but it was worth a shot
"Your an important pack member, they won't lay a hand on you!" She screamed, scoffing I rolled my eyes, running down the stairs I grabbed my wallet from the kitchen counter
"Do you really think we are that important to this pack? We are replaceable, unlike the Alphas we can be thrown out and replaced by others." she looked at my dumbfounded and shoved my shoulder lightly
"Victoria is that really what you think?!" She asked her eyes wide in shock
"Mom trust me on this, I don't think it a fact."
"We are an important branch that helps keep this pack together, you father wouldn't like hearing those words Victoria, why can't you be like Lindsay and appreciate what you have?"
"Mom we are Omegas! We can be replaced if the Alpha gets bored of us! With a simple snap of his nicely manicured fingers we could be goners! And I'm not a whore like Lindsay, she may be my sister but I don't want to be related to anyone that lives with her tongue down people's throats 24/7!" Screaming at her hurt me, but its pathetic... She thinks we're important all we do is get shoved around like trash, and I'm sick and tired of it.
Storming out of the house with my wallet at hand and my hands in the pocket of the hoodie I walked through the woods towards the town, I always found the woods relaxing, especially at night. It might be the werewolf thing but it helps me forget of the constant abuse i endure on a daily basis.Reaching the border I realized I was right, Alpha Kristen had sent his men to guard the borders the closer I got the more my fear started to surface
"Look who's here Victoria!" Called a guard, slowly walking toward them I stopped at a safe distance to avoid the harassment
"I need to go buy food at the store please, let me go..." I told them, my voice was coming out small and weak, the omega was taking over its a weird submissive trait we inherited from the past omegas, each generation it gets stronger and it seemed to be at its peak. I didn't want this, i want to speak my mind but this trait won't let me
"Really?" He asked stepping closer and I took a step back
"Yes now please let me go." I whispered almost to my self

"If you will excuse me I have business to get to and so do you." I told him my voice coming out confidently as I pushed past him
"You should stay with us, we won't treat you like an omega." He called toward me winking, just the though of that made my body shiver
"In your dreams pal, I'm not that desperate!" I screamed at him giving him the finger, I quickly turn to see his face full of rage, giving him my innocent smile I ran towards the town.
"Finally I got everything over with!" I screamed as I made my way back into the house, walking through the silent forest it hit me, it was too quiet. The closer I got to my house the more I could make out a faint sound
Something's is not right... I thought to my self as I neared the edge of the woods, once I reached my house I couldn't believe my eyes.
On the lawn laid my Mom covered in blood with scratches all over her body
"MOM!" I screeched dropping my bags and running to her
"Vic?" Her voice was weak, she was using all her strength
"I'm here mom don't speak, ill get the pack doctor." I whispered gently pushing the lock of blonde hair behind her ear
"Where's Trent?" I asked her
"I don't now I told him to run, Victoria go find him."
"No I'm not going to leave you!" I screamed at her
"Stop being stuck up Vic! I couldn't save your sister, I'm sorry... And it's too late for me, go find him!" Screaming at me she started to cough up blood
"No mom please hang in there."
"Vic.. I love you, I'll finally be able to see you father." She called weakly as a smile creeped onto her face, her breathing stopped as I shed my final tears and got up. Closing her eyes I ran to the nearest person
"Sir please help me!" I begged, ignoring me he continued searching frantically
"Sir please help me! My brother is missing!" I screamed, she looked at my as I gripped his shirt
"Get off me! No one fucking cares, now make your self useful omega and search for the Alphas Mate, she missing!" He screamed at me running off into the woods. There I stood, deserted, unloved, and alone with no one to love.
Slowly opening my eyes I got up from my bed
"A dream?!" I asked my self, running down the stairs I searched the house frantically
"Damn it! It's always happening to me! Why does it keep coming back, I'm sorry Moon Goddess I tried, and I couldn't save them!" I screamed dropping onto my knees, just another day of me myself and I.
