"Eva..." Brown eyes smiled back..
"I'm really sorry again Eva I wasn't looking.. Um. I gotta go. See you around"
Anna flashed her a lopsided grin which Eva found really adorable.
"Okay.." Well so much for one word replies. He probably thinks you're a dork Eva. She chided herself.
Eva watched the retreating back of her new crush. "Ahhh! God those blue eyes!"
"Brad huh.."Eva smiled. She can't wait to tell her roommate about the new guy she just met. We'll bumped to be exact. Alright "collided" if you want to be more precise.
Meanwhile.. at the the Soccer field
Anna arrived just in time for the soccer try outs. She scanned to field and spotted her roommate Connor.
She strutted to the group of guys lining up for the try outs.
"Well...well look who's here! You ready to break some of your limbs for the try outs bud?" Connor said jokingly.
"Yeah. You ready to turn over your balls after seeing me play?" Opps. That didn't come out right. Anna grimaced at the looks the three guys gave her. "Umm. I mean.. the soccer balls.."
Three guys stared at her, mouth agape.
Awkward silence.
"Everyone move your slacking asses over here now!" The coach shouted.
Yes. You know it. Anna made it to the team. Not only that, she also gained three soccer buddies.
After showering and changing into clean clothes. (You wondering how Anna was able to shower and change without the boys finding out about her little secret?)..
Well..
Inside the locker rooms.
*riiinggg riiingggg*
It went on and on. Anna knew she had to answer her cellphone knowing who ever was calling probably needs her as his/her lifeline and can't wait till later.
She smiled upon seeing Sab's name flash on her phone screen. She readily found a good excuse to leave and shower at the dorm room.
"Um, Babe sorry. Um. Yes I understand. Okay I'm going back to the dorm room NOW and I'll call you back when I get there. Okay? Love you." Anna spoke. Sab stifled a laugh knowing what Anna is up to again.
"Lady troubles eh?, Girls can be a handful sometimes." Connor said chuckling
"Don't I know it!" Anna laughs. "Hey man, I'll go ahead see you in a bit"
"Okay. We'll be at Cesario's" Connor said before going back to the shower room.
After showering and changing into clean clothes, Anna decided to call Sab. She have almost 2 hours before the scheduled meeting with "the boys" at Cesarios.
Luckily they were among those privileged to have their own bathroom inside their dorm room.
"Hey babe! you ready? Don't want your buddies to hear our conversation that you had to rush back to the dorm room?" Sab said teasingly.
"Bite me Sab!" Anna chuckled.
"Oh I'd love to Boon! Ha Ha! How's your first day?" Sab spoke. "Uhm. Okay I guess, not so smooth. But hey I got in the soccer team already!"
"Wow that's cool boon! So have you found any cute boys...or girls?" Sab said with a teasing tone, knowing Anna somewhat fancies girls but won't admit it to anyone to save her life.
"Real funny..Don't even go there Sab." Anna countered. Knowing her friend is yet again to start probing until she admits she actually likes girls.
"Relax. You know boon, you make girls swoon even without your Brad wardrobe. So I can only imagine a couple of them already eyeing you with that boy-next-door garb you're sporting."
"That reminds me, this wig is killing me!" Anna whined ruffling her fake hair
"Told you, you can just cut it short. It'll grow back boon don't worry. Plus, you'll look totally hot with a short hair! Your wig makes you look like a teenage dork" Sab chuckled knowing how Anna hated the idea of cutting her hair. Says she'll look like a guy. (*facepalm)
They chatted for more than 2 hours when Anna noticed her bedside clock. 6 PM.
"Shit I'm supposed to be at Cesarios by 5!" Anna was starting to panic, she doesn't want the guys to think she's already ditching them. She needed this. She needed them to cover up her disguise. Hanging out with the soccer guys will help her blend with the "guy crowd".
"Hey Sab sorry but I need to go. I'm supposed to meet a couple of people at Cesarios and I'm an hour late" Anna apologized.
"Hot date?" Sab asked, not wanting to end the conversation yet.
" Uh yeah.. definitely! James will drool!" Anna laughed thinking how her friend James will react upon seeing Connor.
"Haha Okay! Well, go ahead and sweep every girls feet along the way! See you Saturday. We'll see how we can fix that hair of yours"
"Yeah see you, and please inform me once you heard from the bastard brother of mine" Anna answered, totally ignoring Sab’s comment about her, girl feet sweeping. Well. you know what I mean.
Anna entered Cesario's, scanning the crowd, she immediately saw Marco (poloboy) waving his hand at Anna.
Eva was babbling about this cute guy she met this morning. Recalling how he had this startling blue eyes and adorable smile.
"He said his name is Brad-" Eva was cut short seeing the object of her affection entering Cesario's and walking directly to the group of guys 2 tables away from them.
"That's him!" Eva said directing her gaze to the new guy who sat with the soccer guys.
"My.. my isn't he drool worthy" Rachel, Eva’s best friend and roommate said almost dreamily.
Eva smirked knowingly at her friend.
