I'M SICK AND TIRED of Dante's games. He went too far with Mikayla. He crossed a line that is not forgivable.
He also played me into thinking I have to take care of her and when I don't he won't give me the Mafia.
He's a fucking bastard.
"Alec, stop driving so fast," Mikayla, who was sitting right beside me in my car, warned. That's when I noticed I was driving really fast.
I took my foot slowly off of the pedal and took a deep breath to calm myself down.
Everything is stressing me out lately.
I don't even have time for myself anymore.
"Can we stop at Vito's house? I want to talk to him about something," she asked. I slightly turned my head to see what she was doing and noticed she was nervously playing with her fingers.
She does that a lot.
I sighed and looked back at the road. "No,"
With a scoff, she turned her attention to the window next to her and stared outside.
I know I'm very strict and rude to her which I don't want to be because I know she's nice to everyone else including the guys. But I do have to act that way because I need to show her that this situation she's in is serious.
Now with Dante against us, this whole situation got even more serious.
She's putting herself in unnecessary danger. And I don't want her to get into that.
"You know, you are really stupid. I could easily escape without you noticing it," I chuckled at her attempt to intimidate me.
"Even if you try, I will find you," a small smirk danced around my face as I stared focused on the road in front of me.
"And then what? Kill me? Keep me locked up until I obey?" she snapped. My mood changed immediately which made me clench my fists against the steering wheel and my jaw.
"I'm not scared of you or the shit that you have planned," she flipped me off and turned her head back to the window.
Throughout the rest of the ride, we stayed in complete utter silence.
