Willie knocked on the door and walked in.

I looked Willie up and down as he crossed the room, making his way towards me. "You," I grabbed his hands. "Look adorable." I smiled.

"Alex, I'm just wearing my normal, boring skater clothes. There's nothing cute about that."

"You always look cute to me." I whispered against his lips before pulling him towards me and kissing him.

Willie pulled away. "So do I get to hear you play the drums?"

"Yeah! Do you have a specific song you want me to play or do you want me to play something random?"

"You can just play something random. I didn't really have anything in mind. If- if that's okay?"

"Of course."

I opened Julie's laptop and started a song. It was by a band that I found when trying to find good music with drums, Metric. "Help I'm Alive" was a good song so I decided to play it. Then I played some more random drums. I could tell Willie was enjoying it. He seemed amazed by me. I couldn't help but smile.

He clapped. "Wow. That was amazing!"

"Thank you." I blushed setting my drumsticks on top of the third tom drum, making sure they wouldn't role off.

"So... what do you have planned?"

"Um... I was wondering if you'd like to just sit together in the loft or on the couch. We can snuggle and watch a movie or something... if you want."

Willie smiled. "I'd like that."

"Loft or couch. Your choice." I said.

"We can go up in the loft."

"Okay." I say, grabbing Julie's laptop carrying it carefully so as not to break it.

We climbed up the ladder and sat on that old mattress that was up there, our backs against pillows we had set up. Willie and I decided on a movie and I set the laptop down on the mattress. I sat next to him, laying my head on his shoulder and intertwined our fingers together. I planted kisses on his shoulder ever so often and he would place some on my forehead. I brought my hand up to my lips with his and kissed the back of his hand. I was admiring the bracelets he had and when I set his hand back down I noticed scars on his arm.

"Hey, Will." I whispered.

"Mhm?" Willie asked, not glancing away from the laptop screen.

"Where... where did you get these? If- if you don't mind me asking."

Willie looked down at his wrist and as soon as he saw what I was talking about he pulled his arm away and looked down, fidgeting with his bracelets.

"You don't- you don't have to talk about it."

"Um... I need to go, Alex. Thanks for this."

"Wait, Willie-" Before I could do or say anything he poofed away.

Shit. I really messed it up this time.
