Stray Kids were currently waiting in the dance practice room for JYP to talk to them. Everyone seemed to be slightly on edge as jyp hardly ever came to them, if anything the man usually avoided talking to Stray Kids.
As the door turned JYP walked in, but he wasn't alone.

"Hello" the boys spoke and bowed, the young boy and boss bowed back.

Stray kids we're stood in a line facing the man.

"I'm sure you are all wondering why I have asked to meet you, I am just going to get right to the point and introduce you to Hwang Hyunjin" jyp announced.

Hyunjin gave a slight smile and bowed towards the group.

The group smiled uncertainly at the good looking boy.

JYP didn't notice the tension and carried on the speech, "Hyunjin will be joining stray kids as of today, the decision was made by myself and the staff, he will be good for the team so please look after him"

Stray kids all brightly smiled, one in particular,Seungmin blushed lightly, he had seen the boy in the company a few times and he knew he was an amazing dancer and having him join the team would be incredible.

JYP quickly left and stray kids happy demeanour quickly faulted. Changbin scoffed and turned away muttering how they only added him because he was a visual.

"Alright let's get back to practice" Chan announced and everyone got into position.
Hyunjin stood to the side awkwardly.

"Newbie you better keep up" Minho said coldly as he glanced towards Hyunjin before immediately making everything dance.

At first Hyunjin struggled to keep up but he luckily managed to memorise almost all the dance moves by the end of practice.

"Newbie can I talk to you" Minho asked as the rest started to leave the room.

Hyunjin smiled and nodded, hopefully the dance leader noticed how quick he picked up the moves.

"You're still sloppy, you're off beat most of the time, you aren't extending to the fullest, you kept missing steps, your facial expressions are boring and don't make me start on how robotic your moves look" Minho scoffed at him before harshly knocked Hyunjin's shoulder with his own as he made his way out the studio.

He wasn't that bad was he..... Hyunjin felt defeated, he worked so hard to become a dancer and now he's back to square one. Getting criticised over everything even though it's only his first day.
Placing his bag down he decided he needed to practice more, and more and more (stan twice).

One week had passed and Hyunjin still didn't seem like he fit in. Felix and Minho judged his every move and criticised his dancing constantly pointing out mistakes.
Jeongin, a boy Hyunjin remembered being extremely loving and sweet, kept on making it look like Hyunjin was bullying him and kicking him, when it was definitely the reverse.
The amount of bruises on hyunjins legs were countless. He gave up trying to treat them. That boy real was the devil.
Chan was bareable. He scowled Hyunjin when he forgot his lyrics but would then help him remember them. Luckily he didn't have to face Jisung and Changbin much.

Just the other day himself and Jisung had gotten in an argument over rapping and dancing. Jisung saying that the boy needed to become a better rapper and That his pronouncation was terrible, that was the day Hyunjin snapped. He retorted and told Jisung to dance better. Not a very good idea when Minho was the dance leader and clearly had some feelings towards Jisung because he immediately got a punch to the face and was pushed to the ground before being screamed at saying Jisung was better than him.
