'Breaking News, there has been a rampage going on by people who have lost their voices. It is assumed that these people were known to spit out a certain amount of nagging sounds.'

Jeongin gasped awake from his dream, well something he wished was a dream. The gang, or Stray Kids, as they liked to refer to themselves, had made their base in an old warehouse building left abandoned after hundreds had lost their voices and were unable to continue working and instead had gone off in an attempt to rally against a monster. The boy had spent a lot of time sitting in an empty fridge these days. Reminiscing when Stray Kids were innocent and had broken away from the institute that had kept them locked away. Maybe it would've been better to stay there.

The maknae made his way over to the group who were gathered around the small TV they had acquired intensely watching the news. At noon like clockwork, the same message was presented on the news. Nothing was ever new, just that the 'sound monster' was evolving.

The leader, Chan, turned to the group after the broadcast had finished, "Let's get ready".

Just like the broadcast, Stray Kids also had a system in place. Watch the news, then get to work.

"Do we need to pack anything new?" Minho questioned as he checked over his tech and shut it all up in a compact case.

"Maybe a few things, we can get them tomorrow if we need to. I think most of it is ready" Chan advised as he grabbed his gun and some spare pellets that needed filling.

Felix made his way to the small kitchen space that Minho and himself had built in the back so they could at least attempt on making some decent food whilst hidden away from the sound monster. Nothing fancy, the oven had seen better days as the stove only had one hob working and the hinges on the oven doors were barely hanging on.

"Hey, where are my brownies gone?" Felix shouted out in confusion. He swore he had left them on the side in a container to cool down before he put the lid on.

"Your brownies are gone?" Jeongin asked as he made his way to the actual working fridge to grab a cartoon of a drink that had probably expired by now.

'If changbin has taken them again' Felix muttered under his breath as he shook his head and busied himself with unlocking his bike.

It probably didn't need chaining up, but nowadays there were a lot of rogue humans running around and if they saw Yongbok's bike; it would be gone in a flash.

"Alright everyone let's make a move" Chan called the group out to the front.

"Really Minnie, you brought your bear with you again?" Hyunjin questioned as they began leaving.

Seungmin rolled his eyes and just poked the eyes of his bear not really caring about Hyunjin's opinion.

"Yah! Jisung why did you take my brownies!" Felix spotted his twin carrying the full container. He saw as the older eyes widened and turned to Changbin who had made some comment about Hyunjin. Stuffing a brownie in his face, the squirrel boy pretends to not hear Felix's whine. He'd make more anyways.

It was only a short walk from one warehouse to the other where they stored all their equipment to build their weapons. It was slightly bigger than the other, which was handy as they had a large wall full of newspaper articles and information about how the Sound Monster works and finds the source of nagging.
