chapter eleven

What do you say to someone when they rely on you to do something and being the person you are you can't say no but they are asking you something that could change your life forever?

Well I don't know either and I really don't know who to talk to being all my friends wouldn't really understand and they have yet to speak to me since I just got up and left the party and we haven't spoken since then.

So maybe I should just ask you.....

But you have to make a promise not to leave me like everyone else.....

So here it is my father Lorenzo Stevens the man who has taken so many lives,the man who has an Italian army behind him,the man in the mafia....

Some find it attractive when they are engaging with someone in the mafia but that is never the life I wanted and he asked/told me when I turn 17 I will be his right hand man.

I hope you don't see me any different and i will admit it's something I thought about doing for awhile but the older I get the more I realize I want a family and growing up with a mafia father I told my self I would never bring a child into that world.

But really what other choice do I have?I have to help him I'm his only son,well depends on what my mom is having.

When my mother told my father she was pregnant he seemed shocked and than asked if it was his so I assume he knows she was cheating but she said she is sure it is.

But no matter the gender I will not allow that baby to be at risk so if I have to join my fathers "business" I will...
