The lights flash and the dark stage brightens as the three males belonging to Kidz Next Door walk onto stage. As it felt a bit awkward, they stare at the cameras as it was the only place to look--due to Covid restrictions, there couldn't be a live audience.

"Knock Knock." The leader of KND, Kyun, said, making a knocking motion with his hand before the three of them bow.

"Hello, we are Kidz Next Door." The three say in unison after bowing.

"Well, half of it." Wei Yang snickered.

The rest of the boys snickered as they read their cue cards, looking back and forth between the camera, cue cards, and each other.

"We are your male hosts for the show, from KND." Kyun said, introducing themselves down the line. "I am Kyun."

"I am Wei Yang."

"And I am Haru."

"Unfortunately, due to the Covid-19 restrictions, we are unable to have a live audience for the live show." Kyun explained to the camera.

"But don't worry." Haru winked at the camera. "You guys will still get to vote."

Next to speak, Wei Yang explained how the viewers could vote for the performances as well as their individual trainee picks.

"Okay, now that that's done." Haru said, looking at his cue cards. "Should we get to the first performance?!"

"I think so." Kyun agreed. "Let's welcome the six trainees belonging to the first group!"

The boys clapped and stepped to the side of the stage as six girls all trailed out one by one, introducing themselves.

"I heard a rumor..." Wei Yang started their tiny pre-performance interview. "That you are the only group that chose a boy group's song. Why did you choose the song that you chose?"

"Our group was strong in dance and a lot of our members are rappers so we wanted to do a song that had about equal rap and vocals." Jisoo explained.

"I heard there were some issues about image for this song." Haru said. "Is this true?"

"Yes." Jinyo sighed. "Some of our members are very girly and don't fit a masculine image but they were willing to do it."

"I wonder who those members were." Wei Yang said sarcastically.

Everyone giggled as all eyes were on Soyeon who was looking down and blushing with embarrassment.

"It was me." She confessed. "I'll admit it."

Everyone snickered before moving on.

"Alright, should we see the performance now?" Kyun asked.

The girls nodded while the other hosts replied with a yes.

"Girls, head to your spots and get ready." Wei Yang said. "Let's see the first performance!"

The music started and all eyes and cameras were on the six trainees.
