You and Atsumu broke up

The poor boy didn't take it that well as you thought he would. He started to be way less energetic at practice and his grades dropped a lot. The weirdest thing of all is that he stopped fighting with Osamu. Every time, his twin would say some snarky remark (which was more Atsumus job) Atsumu would just brush him off and continue what he was doing at the moment.

Time passed by and eventually, you got a new boyfriend. When Atsumu heard this, he got even worse. He stopped going to practice and was late to school almost every day. You wanted to contact him and talk to him but Osamu said it might be a bad idea and would make matters even worse. His whole team tried to make him feel better without mentioning you.

One week, the team left for a training Camp, Atsumu staying behind since he said he wasn't feeling well and no one wanted to push him in this state. You knew that Atsumus parents were very busy so you wanted to help him a bit by bringing him some soup and making him something to eat for the next day.

You came up to the Miya residence, taking the spare key (you knew where it was located since Atsumus parents told you when you were dating) opening the door, and letting yourself in.

"Tsumu! It's me y/n! I brought you some chicken soup!" you yelled gaining no response. You set the soup in the kitchen making your way to the twins' bedroom. On the way there you heard the water running in the bathroom. You figured he was taking a Bath. You came up to the door and knocked on it but no one answered. You knocked louder but once again no one answered. By now you were worried so you decided to try to open the door, it's not like you have never seen Atsumu naked. To your surprise the door was open, but what surprised(more like horrified) you, even more, was what was going on inside the bathroom.

Atsumus body was under the water while the water was still pouring into the bathtub. You quickly ran up to the tub and turned off the water and dragged Atsumu limb body out of it.

"you stupid pisshead, why would you do something like that?" you asked, tears bubbling in your eyes. You lay him down on the floor looking at his face. His lips and the underside of his eyes were purple and he clearly wasn't breathing. You took a few deep breaths to calm yourself and got to work.
