Also I just learned that alpha females are just like male omegas only its hard for them to have kids since their feminine organs don't work, AND that they have bigger dicks.

So yeah

They don't have large breasts either.

Probably even smaller than omega breasts and omega breasts are like normal sized.

Cuz omegas male organs don't work. only the female organs. Sometimes the male organs are removed surgically for some reason. (lol)

That is why its so rare for a trueblood to be born.
