Book 1 chapter 12

 "YOU!" He shouts so loud everyone stops talking and stares at him. jungkook turns around with surprise in his eyes. Taehyung just stood a few feet away from him, hesitating to confront him or not. He looks back at his brother who is watching carefully at Taehyung and Jungkook. Namjoon sips his champagne and shrugs at Taehyung  who looks at him with scared and pleading eyes. Taehyung faces forward again and goes over to Jungkook. 'Im supposed to be angry with him, he didn't tell me he's my mate!" Taehyung thinks as he huffs. He pulls out his finger and points it accusingly on jungkook's chest with an angry face. "You knew the whole time, yet you didn't tell me!" Taehyung shouts at his face. Jungkooks eyes widen as he looks around. "Let's talk about this somewhere else." he says as he points towards the watching crowd. Taehyung crosses his arms angrily and follows Jungkook out the hall, as the loud closing of the door gave everyone a signal to go back to what they were doing.

They sit down on the bench in the garden, as Jungkook tries to reason with him, but Taehyung is still keeping his arms crossed, and keeping an angry expression. "Im sorry" Jungkook says. "Sorry doesn't make it fine that you lied to me all that time." Taehyung huffs. "I did it to protect you." Jungkook says. "Protect me how exactly?" Taehyung asks. "I'm not really sure what I am protecting you from, but all I know is that I am protecting you." he says. Taehyung turns his head away from Jungkook, as the alpha takes his hand in his. "You don't know how much you put me through. I couldn't even get a hint of sleep last night. Why didn't you tell me?" Taehyung says anger lacing his voice. "I was also scared, like you." He says as Taehyung turns his head around. "Your a true blood, yet you don't act like it. Why?" Taehyung says. "honestly, I'm just scared to hurt the people I love. Like you." Jungkook says, their faces more closer together. "And why is that?" Taehyung whispers looking at his lips then up to his eyes, as their lips are inches way from touching. "Cause your Fuckin' pretty" Jungkook says as he closes the space between the two. And Taehyung desperately kisses back.

It was late at night after Jungkook had confessed to Taehyung, and him over the moon with joy that his mate had accepted him. The party was a success, and everyone went back to their rooms with a happy mood. His brother was surprised with what Taehyung did claiming that he is a "A petty Drama queen" and that he changes emotions too quick. At that comment Taehyung just walked out and decided to stop by at Jimin's room. He knocks three times before Jimin opens it. "Omg, it's been sooooo long since we saw each other." Jimin says dramatically. "I know right, we live in like.....the same giant house." Taehyung says well laughing lightly. "So what do you wanna do? Watch a movie? Get drunk? Play Strip Poker???" Jimin asks. Taehyung laughs out loud at those ideas. "No way I'm playing strip poker." Taehyung says. "And you know that once I start drinking I literally can't stop. It's like I'm immune to alcohol." he says. "So getting drunk it is." Jimin says while clapping his hands. "No, are you crazy imma get a killer hangover in the morning." Taehyung practically yells with laughter. "wanna ask your new boyfriend to fu-" Jimin gets cut off as Taehyung pushes him off the bed. "keep your dirty games to yourself, and tell me what movie you wanna watch." he laughs out. "Alright, but first you gotta stop that hideous laugh." Jimin says. "Is it hideous, are you saying my laugh is bad, hats wrong with it??" Taehyung asks. "Relax, I'm just teasing" jimin says. "Alright get up here, keep quiet and let's watch something." Taehyung says as he gets cozy in the bed. Just then they hear a noise just outside their window. It seemed like the window was being blown by air. "JIMIN GET DOWN." Taehyung says as he pulls Jimin with him into the Closet, covering his mouth with his hands. The window blows into pieces, and many men come barging through the window. Taehyung looks through the crack in the closet, the men checking every inch of Jimin's room. "Holy shit! I found a bra." One of the alphas call out, holding it up, the drawer open in front of them. "What are you doing with that, I told you to look for the Omega." A man sneers through his mask. "There looking for me... Jungkook was right." Taehyung whispers. "What are you talking about?" Jimin asks. "Nothing chim, just run out the door when I tell you." taehyung says, Jimin clearly not listening. "Jimin when I say, you have to run out the door. You got that?" Taehyung whisper yells, the men right outside. "Get Namjoon, or anyone that can help us. Don't worry about me because I'll be fine." Taehyung whispers. "You better be or Imma go and strangle you." Jimin says. "Ready?" Taehyung asks. "yes." Jimin says. "3, 2, 1, RUN!" Taehyung yells.
