Two young teenagers, Jaxx and Sora intertwine by the fate of a special shooting star. Will the wish come true? Or will the universe tear them apart?

He woke up on a soft mattress, as the light casted through the window. He rubbed his eyes groggily and looked around.
He wasn't familiar with this place. In fact, this wasn't his house. He blinked rapidly, in utter shock and slight panic. He heard a light knock on the door, and hesitantly watched the door open, revealing a boy?
He had spiked cyan hair, and an outfit that matched it. "Morning!" the mysterious boy said.
"W-who- "
"Ah, I forgot. You passed out in the rain, so I brought you to my house!" the boy informed.
Jaxx stared, in slight doubt. The boy was a bit sketchy, but he set that thought aside. There was a moment of silence between the two, but the cyan haired teen broke it.
"If your hungry, there's food in the kitchen. And by the way, I'm Sora!" the boy now named as Sora informed him.
Jaxx smiled softly, "Thank you.." He mumbled. Sora smiled back, and headed out of the bedroom.
He sat in the bed for a while, then turned his head to view the window. It was dawn. He thought about whether he should trust the cyan haired boy, or rather leave right here and right now.
After loads of time thinking, he made his choice. He would trust Sora and see how this ends up.
« Time skip - 12 minutes »
Jaxx had sat in bed for a while, and decided to get up. After all, he has a day to start. He twisted the doorknob to show a lit hallway.

As the house wasn't that big, Jaxx still got lost. It took him a good while to find the kitchen, where Sora was waiting for him.
Sora turned his head to him and motioned him to come forward. As so, Jaxx walked up to him. They chatted for a bit until Sora looked out the window.
Outside lies a beautiful beach, suited in the scenery of the sun rising from dawn to day.
"You live near a beach Sora?"
"Mhm! I go there every morning. Would you like to come watch it with me?"
"S-sure.."
Jaxx stuttered, following Sora out the door, stepping on the sand. Sora sat down and patted a spot next to him, in which he sat down as well.

The two watched as the waves came back at forth, while the ocean breeze carried their hair across the wind.
"Hey Sora?"
"Hm?
"How did you find me?"
That question hit Sora with a wave of sadness and shock. Jaxx immediately saw his reaction and tried to take back his question.
"I-I'm sorry! You don't have to answer that.."
He shook his head and sighed.
"I'll tell you, it's alright."
"It started when.."
FLASHBACK:
SORA'S POV | 1st person:
I stared at my brother who lied in the hospital bed. I teared up immediately, worrying about his health and mood. His eyes fluttered open and turned at me tiredly.
"Hi big bro..!"
My brother greeted me, coughing mid sentence.
"Hello.."
He frowned at me, I knew well he didn't like seeing me sad. He reached his arms out to hug me, and I accepted. We stayed like that for quite a while.
"Don't cry, please.."
"Roy, please go back to bed. I need you to rest and be well." I told him, with a worried tone like always. He pouted, and I laughed slightly, wiping my tears.
He gave in and went back to bed, and I smiled, grazing my hands through his hair. I watched his heart monitor when..

My happy expression immediately switched from a sad and broken look. I dropped down to my knees, crying.
"Roy! Come back! Please.."
END OF FLASH BACK:
JAXX'S POV | 3rd person:
He stared at him in so much guilt. To think he had doubted someone who went through such a hard time hit him badly.
"I-I haven't seen him s-since.." Sora said, struggling to form a sentence as he cut off with quiet sobs. Jaxx pulled him in for a tight hug. The two boys stayed like that, until Sora pulled away, wiping his tears and smiled.
When Sora had calmed down, he told Jaxx the rest, "I came to visit my brother's grave when I found you lying on the path in the rain."
Jaxx's trust for this Sora grew hearing that. "I see, I'm.. sorry for doubting you when I first met you."
He giggled, "It's alright, it was a first interaction. I don't expect you to trust me instantly." Sora assured him.
Without realizing it, Jaxx's hand was on Sora's neck. Sora's face flushed, Jaxx's as well. "I-I'm so sorry!" He apologized, feeling the second-hand embarrassment wash over him.
"It's alright.." Sora said. He got up, while Jaxx looks at him curiously. "Where are you going?" He asked. "I'm going back inside, want to come?
Jaxx looked hesitantly, before nodding and getting up as well. The two headed back inside the cabin, anticipating the earlier events.
