We came out of the car. Akash's Mom and Dad welcomed us and made me perform some rituals outside the door frame then they asked me and Akash to step our foot inside the house at the same time.

Akash offered me his hand to hold. I grinned happily and placed my hand on his. We both entered the house together hand in hand.

We directly went to the Puja room (God's room). Mom gestured me to lit the lamp Infront of the idol of lord Ganesha. I did as told and joined my palms together.

I kneeled down and rested my head on the floor. I closed my eyes and wishpered,

'Thank you God. Thank you so much for everything.'

I felt someone caressing my head lovingly and opened my eyes to see who is it? It's Mom.

"After three years this house got it's life back.", She said emotionally.

I noticed her eyes getting filled with tears. I shook my head in denial and said,

"No more shedding tears Maa. Can I call you Maa?", I asked.

It will be very confusing if I address both my mothers as Mom specially when I will meet both of them together at the same time. So, I came up with this idea of different names with same meanings.

"Yes you can beta.", She smiled happily.

"And Dad can I call you Paa?", I asked.

He nodded his head in approval, kept his hand on my head and gave me his blessings.

"Mom. Dad. You both must be feeling tired. Right? Go and have some rest.", Akash said.

He tried to sound genuine as if he really want his parents to take rest but I know the reality behind his sudden concern he wants to get rid of them as soon as possible so that he can have me all alone. Very smart hubby.

"Nah! I am not tired. In fact I want to spend some time with my daughter. So, tonight I will sleep with her. You manage with your Dad.", Maa said to Akash and winked at me.

You must see Akash's reaction. His jaw literally touched the ground. He looked at Maa with horrible expression.

I squeezed my lips together in order to control my laughter.

"Yes Maa I also have a lot of things to tell you. Let's go. What are we waiting for?", I said while pouring ghee on Maa's plan to tease my husband.
