Gwen's mind ricocheted against itself as she watched Draco exit the room. The cruelty of it all. It's like he couldn't decide if he wanted to be friendly or a tormentor of hers.

She recognized his nature, however. As cold as he was his moods changed with the northern winds, and the first to notice was always the lone daisy in the field. In this case, Gwen.

Soon after he left, she walked herself to the Great Hall. A cluttered mind is bad for the soul. Something Dumbledore said during his nonsense talks once. It seemed appropriate for the situation.

She shook the weight of his negativity off of her shoulders and readied herself to be bombarded by a very hungover Faith, who would be focused on Gwen since Donnie was presumably asleep. The sun shone brightly through the arches of the walkway. The light warmed her skin like a summers day, odd seeing how it was well into late October at this point.

At the end of the month they'd do another diagnostic on her. To see what state her mind was in.

Like a broken china doll, it seemed like they were fixing her all back up with the knowledge she could very well shatter again. Made her wonder if it was even worth it.

As Gwen entered the Great Hall, she stuttered in her steps seeing Faith sitting with Luca, very proudly cuddled up next to eachother, almost unknowing there were plates of warm food in front of them. No Donnie.

She panicked and looked around the room for somewhere to sit. Her eyes caught hold of Blaise who rose a gentle hand in her direction. He waved her over.

"You look lost, Wellsworth." Blaise greeted as he made room for her at the bench. Theodore Nott was sat across from her, he looked about as cheerful as someone could be on a morning after lunch trip. His brown curls were straggled over his forehead, and his rosy cheeks revealed just how warm he must've been huddled under his bath robe.

"My table seems to be occupied. Hope you don't mind."

"Not at all, Wellie. You're quite the talk, y'know." Theo interrupted, smiling without inhibition at her over his cup of tea. His fingers tapped against the porcelain.

Gwen's eyebrows furrowed, and she looked between Blaise and Theo confusedly.

"How do you mean?"

"Well it's not very often that our very own Hellboy goes rogue. Y'know, he was supposed to stay with me last night, I haven't been getting much action since that nasty werewolf took my leg clean off-"

"Did you get any in the first place?" Blaise interrupted with a laugh.

"Bugger off, Yeah? Anyways, that sly minx was supposed to help me get some last night, and then he somehow just stumbled his way into the Ravenclaw common rooms. How was it then, yea?"

"I don't follow, Theo." Gwen said plainly. Even Blaise looked lost.

"He didn't come back till this morning. I waited up for that psycho, he gets emancipated and suddenly thinks he doesn't have a curfew! It's ridiculous! Some of us aren't naturally beautiful like that bloque, and we rely on sleep." Theo shook his head dramatically.

"You talking from experience, mate?" Blaise chuckled heartily.

"I was actually referring to you Blaise but it seemed rude to call you out." Theo teased in return. Blaise let out a belly laugh and chucked his napkin across the table at Theo. "Oi, watch it, Ive already lost one limb no need to take my eye out too!"

Even Gwen started to snicker at the sight of Theo's dramatics. She was interrupted by Theo exhaling heavily then looking back towards her.

"So what I'm hearing is that you guys did not shag?"
