Next day.
"What's your favorite food?" Avish asked to Sona sitting beside him at the breakfast table.
"Pizza!" Sona replied smiling.
"And your favorite drink?" Aashi asked, settled on her father's lap, sharing her sugar free jalebi with him, that she had to beg and cry for her mother to make.
"Coca-Cola!"
"Oh no! It's not good for your health.." Avish scolded her.
"If Amma was here, she would have scolded Lavanya aunty and Aman uncle for this," Aashi glanced at the kitchen side, hoping for her mother not to make an appearance soon at the dining room.
"Now that you're here we'll make you drink Bournvita," Avish said in serious and responsible boy tone.
The elders were watching the kids amused.
Nani twisted Aman's ear scoldingly, "See even these little kids know what's good and wrong for health. But you, a grown up man are letting your daughter spoil her health!"
"Ahh Nani.. What should I do? She starts crying when we stop her from drinking coca cola," Aman cried, begging Nani to spare his ear.
"Sorry Nani.. It's actually our fault. But when she starts crying, then our hearts melt and we end up giving her what she wants," Lavanya said guiltily.
"I always scolded them for this," Arnav said.
"It's okay.. Now that Sona bacchi is here, we'll take good care of her. Hain na Avi, Ayan and Aashi?"
"Yesss," the three kids replied smilingly. Sona smiled shyly at them. She felt good seeing Aashi and Avish finally initiating a conversation with her and taking care of her, like she's their best friend.
"But Nani.. Ayan himself is a baby. How can you expect him to take care of another kid?" Payal asked annoyingly. Do they think her baby is care taker of other kids?
"It's just a way of saying Payal, don't take it too seriously.. We all know they're kids," Nani replied politely, yet her eyes were narrowed glancing at Payal.
Akash glanced at Payal, gesturing her to keep quiet after Nani's reply. Mami muttered her favorite Hello hi bye bye silently as she was frightened of Arnav's cold gaze towards them.
"Ammaaa," Avish shouted, his eyes shining at seeing his mother joining them for breakfast.
Khushi smiled and took her seat, making Arnav shift his attention to her, "Finally.. What were you doing?"
"I was-"
"Looveee!"
Khushi was interrupted suddenly with a woman's shout as everyone at the table, turned their heads behind to see who was that owner of the voice.
Except Akash and Payal, they all frowned in confusion at seeing the woman standing at some distance from them, wearing a red dress and the little boy on his arms, resting his head on the crook of her neck.
HP standing behind them, holding two bags, also clueless about what's happening around.
Akash and Payal smirked staring at each other, while Arnav stood up and walked towards the lady, "Excuse me.. who are you?"
"You're kidding with me, right Love?" she giggled.
"What the.. I'm not kidding. Have you gone mad? You just walk in someone's house and call them love without even knowing them? Is this some kind of a prank?" Arnav gritted his teeth.
