Chapter 6(Secret mission)

Haoxuan and bowen arrived at Xiao mansion. Tomorrow they had showcase their project that they worked hard for weeks. They all were confident in there work. The servants took them to the living room and informed Zhan about there arrival.
After a while, Zhan came down in his casual clothes still he had his majestic aura

"Zhan. You are here?"
" Hyung did something happen? You said it's important" he asked.
"Zhan we got to know that a new company is also taking part.", Haoxuan
"A new company??" He raised his brow.
"It's ZJ company along with Shen corps." Bowen answered.
Zhan massaged his temples.
"Not again." He mumbled.
"Who's owner of ZJ company?"
"Dunno, someone from states"
"Let's see. We will get it as long as the old man don't do something idiotic." He said irritating.
Mr. Shen, Shen Xiaohai Zhans uncle's college mate and his sister Yanli's father in law. A total jerk and shrewd man whom Zhan hates to his core. They both are continuously fighting for past 3 years for Peixin's custody and Zhan in anyway won't lose his baby.
"Hmm. Our project is best we had worked for ever."haoxuan.
"But Xuan we need to have a backup plan."
"Yah but we don't have much time and we only three are-
A phone call cuts him.
Haoxuan smiles at the caller ID.
Jiyang baby 💖💖
Hii baby.
Ohh sorry baby I can't.
BTW where are you.
Hospital??? ( stands up) baby are you alright? What happened?
Ohhh (sighs in relief)

Hmm bye baby love you 💝

Zhan and Bowen looks at the man looking sadly at his phone.
"Is he alright? You said hospital?" Bowen asks bit worried. Zhan too looks at haoxuan as he knows how much his friend loves jiyang.
"He is alright. And he is at vet hospital. The doc of the hospital has organized a cat show for Star orphanage kids."
"So why did he call?"
"Ohh he wanted to ask if we wanted to join but guess we can't" he sighs sadly.
"Let's go all" bowen says as he know how much Zhan loves cats. He had seen the spark in Zhans eyes that only appears when he sees cats or his sister's lotus soup. But sadly he can't get the latter anymore.
Haoxuan looks at Zhan who nods with smallest smile. Zhan love cats. He used to be obsessed with cats since he was a child. But his father never allowed pets. He had one secretly in Korea but after his Bella died he never bought another one. Then he had Peixin who he had to take care of. He quickly gets ready and looks for his little bun but saw him asleep so they all drove together with Zhans bodyguards to the cat show.
As they reached the venue the sight that welcomed was amazing. The hall had many cats roaming freely. Visitors were petting them while some were adopting. But what caught Zhans sight was something more beautiful and cute. He stood there frozen,eyes wide and jaws slacked. Xuan and bowen traced his gaze and smiled knowingly.
