Chapter 13 (Wounds)

Zhan after the meeting went to his mansion. He had a cold aura around him making it hard for others to approach. It had been the same from past one week. The first time lam and other bodyguards saw this they thought it might be related to the incident that happened with the cute boy but even after Yibo returned to work Zhan had the gloomy face. The cute Yibo had so many problems for himself that he had stopped giving his pure smile. Lam was now driving to Xiao mansion,
"Boss is everything alright" he asked. The other bodyguards also wanted to know as they couldn't see the sad face of there boss. Even though Zhan is an expert in hiding his facial expressions but now they could feel the cold and gloomy aura around him. And lam being Zhans bodyguard and driver for many years or almost his life, he was bit close to the heir.
"It's nothing just searching for someone my dad wanted me to." Zhan says as he trusts his men whole heartedly as he knows they are now worried for him.
"Someone Master Xiao was close to??" Lam says as he had heard it before.
"You know something lam?" Zhan asks as he knew it from the voice.
"Ahh..arr. Boss I once heard from elder brother that Master Xiao was close to a little boy when we were in Korea." Lam says bit hesitant as he knew that Mr Xiao was not that close to Zhan and how much Zhan missed his family during childhood.
"That's right Robert might know about him. How can u not remember that? Thanks lam" Zhan says and his face brightens a bit as he got some hope. The bodyguards are also happy as there boss was bit less cold now.

They arrives at Xiao mansion and Zhan asked lam to ask his older brother to meet him at study. And within ten minutes lam comes with a man on wheelchair. He has some features similar to lam but looks older. Robert lams older brother. He used to work for Zhans dad since he was a teenager just like lam works for Zhan. And Mr Xiao trusted Robert that he would take Robert to all his tours as his driver. So the chances for Robert to know about xiaoyi was very high.
"Young master." Robert said. Zhan flashed a small smile to the man.
"Robert I need your help. As I think you had accompanied dad almost all his life." Zhan says.
Robert nods proudly. He is proud to serve the Xiaos.
"I will try my best young master." He says smiling.
"Do you know about Xiaoyi ?" Zhans asks straight on point.
"Xiaoyi??" Robert thinks for a while then shakes his head, then his smile brightens.
"There was a little boy whom Master used to accompany. Master liked spending time with him." Robert said.
"What was his name or do you know anything more about him?" Zhan asks quickly.
"I don't know his name. But he was from a good family. The first time I saw him was at the graveyard. He was with master as I along with others were outside. Master came out holding his hands and with a smile. I can never forget that day. Master had smiled for the first time in four years after madams death" Robert said reminsing his memories.
"How did he look like??" Lam asked suddenly, Zhan looked at him to see a sheepish smiley lam.
"A literal angel from inside and outside." Robert said. 
Zhan raised his brow. Angel he had heard this description in his dad's letter too.
"Did dad visit some place with him?" Zhan asked hoping to know something more about his fiance.
"Once I had drove him along with master to his house. It was in Gusu near the now abandoned forest." Robert said.
"Whom does it belongs to ??" Zhan asked.
"Dunno Boss." Lam answered.
"Lam let's go. I will be back." Zhan said and went to his room.
He had a hot water bath and then changed his clothes to go.
They drove to the place. Zhan with lam in his expensive limo and bodyguard behind him in black Audi.

Suddenly Zhan recieved a call from Xu ma but what welcomed him was an excited voice of his son.
"Hi dad. It's Peixin."
Peixin what is it?
Dada can I bring xingxing to our house. Please please please. Uncle Bo said uncle Xuan will come to pick him up.
You can if he wants to I will message to Xuan.
Thankyou dada love you.
Hmm and take care of him. Don't be naughty.
I will dada. And I am not naughty.
Okay then.

Zhan hung off the call with a smile. Then he messaged Xuan.
