Aria POV
After we left the Hughes residence, we went straight to the train station. "How did you meet those people anyways?" Killua asked me as we neared the train. "I met them when I first came out here to Central. I was only 8 when I took a train out here to take the State Alchemist Exam, and they were the family dad assigned to take care of me. They were, of course, exited to take care of me because they heard of how 'amazing' I was and as you should know already Gon, dad loves to brag about my achievements to people." I said to them plainly as we walked into the train. "What did he brag about then? You weren't a hunter yet. You said you became a hunter at 10." Gon asked me and Killua's ears perked up quickly, turning to me with big eyes. "Yeah, I took the Exam when I was 10, but before dad put me in there, he had me train with Netero and the Zoldyck family since I was 4 and mastered nen by 6, so they were amazed that I was gifted in so many things. When I-" "Wait a second. You trained with my family?!?!" Killua yelled. "I trained under the Zoldyck family since I learned to walk, which I think that was when I was 2. so that means I've been training with them for about 14 years, still am actually, but I don't go to the estate anymore, someone would always find me and train me." I turned to look at Killua. "Who usually trained you?" Killua asked me. "Silva used to have train directly under him. He always said I was the one that was going to surpass him one day. After a few years of training under him, he upgraded me and put me in Zeno's care. Zeno showed me more then Silva did and trained me harder. The only difference with Zeno and Silva was that Zeno let me have my breaks because he knew I deserved it, while Silva, as you should know already, but he trained me till I dropped. He knew I deserved a break but he never gave them to me. There were times when Silva had Milluki chain me up and whip me a few times." Killua looked me with a look on his face I couldn't read. 'What's he looking at me like that for?' I thought to myself as I looked at him with a look of confusion. "Hey Killua...Are you-" "Shut up." He said to me and wrapped his arms around my waist.
"Why did Ging put you through all of that?" Gon asked me, pity shown on his face and his eyes were glassy. "The day we were born, dad said he saw something in me that he didn't quite see in you. He saw that I was meant for something bigger than this world could ever offer me. He new the day I said my 1st word that I was meant to be the prodigy that was gonna make it in the history books, and the perfect child." I looked at my brother and continued, "And he was right. I became everything he wanted me to be in a matter of years. I became the youngest in history in everything and I couldn't be prouder of myself. And I'm damn proud to call myself the daughter of Ging Freeces and your sister." I finished as I smiled proudly at both mine and my fathers word in the past, and finally hugging Killua back. When Killua let me go, Gon pulled me into a hug and let his tears fall. "Ya know, I'm glad I have an amazing sister like you. You really are someone I can look up to even if I'm older." Gon said to me and hugged me tighter. "I promise I'll show you I can live up to you and make you all proud." He said burring his head in the crook of my neck. I hugged him back and told him," You don't need to make dad or me proud, because I'm already proud of you big brother. You survived a near death experience, that isn't any normal person can do. Dad may not acknowledge that but I do." I felt tears fall down my neck and my brother held me tighter. "Thank you, Aria." He whispered to me and let me go, whipping his tear stained face.

A few hours of silence and short conversations later, the train finally got to the train station in Swardani City with dad waiting for me. "Uh Aria, was Ging supposed to meet you here?" Killua asked me looking out the window. "No, why?" "Because he's waiting for you over by the ticket booth." Killua pointed out and I quickly I looked out the window he was looking through. Sure enough, dad was exactly where Killua said he was with a smile on his face. "I guess he heard about me catching Scar already...Damn, Mustang needs to lay off from calling him all the time." I face palmed myself and stood from my seat. "You caught Scar today though... How can word of you catching him so fast?" Gon asked me as he followed behind me as we neared the exit of the train. "Mustang must've called Ging and told him about the mission after he gave it to you yesterday then called him immediately after you turned him in this morning when we left the command center. Go figure..." Killua said calmly, putting his arms above his head. "How'd you manage to guess all that?" I asked him with wide eyes. "Just a guess...it's not like I have ways to actually know how Ging knows." Killua said sarcastically and rolled his, smirking playfully. "You know what you little sh-" "Aria! I heard from Mustang that you caught that Scar guy. I'm so proud of you sweetie!!" My dad said picking me up spinning me in the air causing me to laugh a little. "Dad!!" I laughed, "Stopp this is embarrassing put me down!!!" Reluctantly, he put me down smiling still. "Uh...Aria?" Killua said nervously. "Oh! Yes!" I turn around to face the two boys and continued, "Dad...I want you to meet Gon's friend Kil-" "Killua Zoldyck. I know who you are. Your parents speak very highly of you." Ging said as he looked at the boy, then he looked at Gon and his face went blank. "Gon. It's nice to see you again." He said blankly to him and Gon smiled at him and waved. Soon after, dad looked back to me and went back to his happy mood and continued, "Anyways, Aria, I was planning on doing something fun today to celebrate your success in another capture." He jumped up and down with excitement, waiting for my answer. I looked at the boys and looked back my dad 'I feel bad that dad kinda treats Gon so badly...' I thought to myself and turned to my dad. "That sounds fun dad. But.." I saw my dads face drop just a little and I continued, "I think it would be fair if Gon and Killua joined us just this once. Please daddy....Just this one time? They were there when I caught Scar and they kinda played a role when I caught him." I looked at my dad with sad puppy eyes and pouted. "Well... I-" "She's right Sir. If it wasn't for Gon, she would've been hurt. He saw Scar coming from behind her and he called to her before he jumped on her." Killua cut in and put his arm around Gon, who was smiling nervously at the compliment Killua had given him. "He's right dad. If it wasn't for Gon, I would've been kinda bruised up." I said truthfully trying to back up Killua's statement. "Please...." I pouted again to my dad hoping he'd give in. He eventually sighed hysterically and in defeat, he said, "Fine...Just this one time."
