Amelie

The weekend had finally arrived and it was time to leave to go to my parents. I was full of excitement but my nerves made me on edge as my palms were sweating furiously. I had ran them up and down my thighs continuously to remove any sweat. "You need to relax." Fury said beside me without directly looking at me. I snapped out of my dazed watching him drive.

"Oh...I told my mum that your name is Axel as I didn't know if you wanted them to know about your club or if you wouldn't care. I'm mean it's not that I'm ashamed of them knowi-"

"Amelie." He said stopping my tracks. "Yes?" I asked. "Calm down before you pop that vein on your forehead." I nod and let a quiet laugh crawl it's way out my mouth clutching my head, he always knew when to intervene.

"So...Axel. How are you?" I said taking it seriously. "I'm fine thanks...how are you Amelie." He countered back following my moves.

"Oh well you know, there's this guy Fury you might know him...well he's recently been bothering me quite some bit and is always in my personal space. Sometimes he needs to take a step back, you know what I mean?" I joked which he scratched his chin at.

"He sounds like he's obsessed. Maybe I could look out for you?" He declared nodding to me as I cackled like a witch. "Yeah, he's not very strong but I'm sure you could give him a good old scrap."

"Hey! Don't be putting us guys down." He huffed sticking out his chest almost like he was pounding away at it like a gorilla. "Alright. Alright! Calm your man titties." I taunted making him gasp and flick my side as I squeal out from the slight tickle. My sensitive skin crawled at the slightest, unannounced touched, especially from him.

He chuckled shaking his head concentrating on the road and drove with such skill and percussion. "We'll be there in five minutes or so. If you want to back out your choice is now." Ha taunted but I shook off my nerves telling him no softly.

"I want this, I want them to meet you." I said taking into the surroundings as I started to notice my family home town and the street. Familiar houses popped out, children were playing on the streets racing each other as they peddled pushing their tiny legs to the best they could. The cheers and roars of laughter scream through the roads echoing around the corners meeting the ears of all parents. I sigh feeling nostalgic. It's funny, when we're young we wish to be older and be a adult in the big world but in reality all of us would kill for another of innocence and purity. The unknown of how truly evil the world is...because it doesn't just become your world anymore.

"This one here!" I scream and he cringed slightly at my squeals, I bounce up and down in my seat excitedly. The car comes to a halt and I smile opening my door clinging onto Fury....sorry Axel ushering him up the large door opening with brown stained beams stretching across.

Before I could reach the door it was thrown open and a older version of myself came running at me full speed. "There she is. My baby!" My mother shouts loudly and pulls me into her motherly arms wrapping tightly around me. Her arms constricted  me like a snake with its prey. My breathing changed as my oxygen levels started to drop.

"Mum...c-can't breathe." I whisper out and she pulls me back looking me all around for something to be out of place. "Look at you! You're glowing...are you pregnant?" She questioned and I became flustered at the thought.

"Mum! No I'm not pregnant. I'm just happy to see you." I giggle and she nodded teasing me slightly but soon pushed me away and gasped.

"Amelie! This is no boy....this is a man. Hello Axel." She said, he held his arm up to shake but my mother was one for hugs. "Oh don't be silly! We hug in this family!" She said clinging onto him like a sloth in a tree and I laugh watching him gently pat her back.
