Hisokas pov

I look at the clock, i guess i should get going now. I walk over to y/n's room and knock on it "y/n?~" I get no response so i carefully open the door. I saw y/n asleep on her sofa with her day clothes on. I walk over to her and rest my hand on her head. I lightly shake so she would wake up.

Her eyes fluttered open.
"Dad?"

"Lets go,~ its time for the hunter exam~♡"

Y/n's pov

We got to the destination it looked like a small restaurant? I took dads hand and followed him in.

He said something about a stake but i couldn't understand almost anything.

After we entered the room i held his hand.

Suddenly the room started moving.

"Seems to be some kind of elevator~" He told me.

Soon the doors opened to reveal a few people and a grean bean who came over to us and gave us these badges with 44 and 45 written on it.

"Make sure not to lose it!" The bean man said.

I nudged dad, he lowered to my level and i asked "what did he say?"

"He just said to not lose the badge~"

I nodded. We walked over to a wall.

"You can rest now~. Im not sure when you will get the next chance~"

"Night dad" i mumbled sleeply

He started playing with my hair which lulled me to sleep.

I woke up to see that everywhere is very dark and in the air is floating these weird white things.

"Dad?"

Suddenly i see someone or something emerging from the dark. Its an all black creature. I didn't know how to describe it but it looked scary or rather horrifying. I let out a gasp and it looked at me? Or did it? It had no eyes. But certainly the head was facing me. I saw the thing get closer to me.

" No no no no no no no NO!" i panicked it came closer crawling on all fours. It was so close to me i could feel its heavy breaths on my face.

It crawled on top of me. I thought i was going to die. But then

"Y/n~"

I jolted awake i looked to my left and saw dad looking at me. I felt tears in my eyes and i reached my arms to hug him. I could feel his arms wrap around me.

"Shh its okay"he calmed me down.

"My my~ are you okay now?"

"Yes"

As i looked around i saw about 200 applicants.

" Im gonna go explore a bit"

"Sure thing, dont wonder off too far.~"

I walked around a bit and saw a man with a box nose and an full blue outfit. Oh dammit, he spotted me. That guy walked over to me.

"Hey pal you must be new! My names Tonpa! Whats yours?" So called Tonpa said to me with a rather forced smile.

"Y/n..."

"Nice to meet you! Y/n! You see this is my 34th attempt on the hunter exam!" He exclaimed.

"Oh by the way heres a toast for our new friendship!" He held an orange juice can in front of my face.

I took it and looked at it a bit.

But then a joker card slicked it.

"My my~  what might you be doing with MY little y/n~♡" Hisoka interrupted.

I could basically see his life drain out of his body when he saw Hisoka.

"Haha... Hisoka... what do you mean? Im just trying to have a toast of friendship" He said hesitantly.

He started backing away from us. Dad had let out bloodlust which made the poor man almost faint. I took dads hand to try to make calm him down a bit.

Tadaa here the first chapter:D ill try to make the other chaptets longer but im really sleepy rn and this took me an hour😃👍 but ill try to post chapter 2 today aswell :-)
