*******One Year Later*******
In eighth grade Alexis has more friends but not many. He has been growing a strong relationship with Jennifer. One terrible day Jennifer was really excited to tell Alexis. Jennifer whispers into his ear "I have a boyfriend". Alexis heart dropped as soon as he heard that. He was broken hearted but kept it together. It was hard to accept but he did. He was really jealous because he was new to the school. Jennifer introduced her boyfriend to Alexis " Hi I'm Alexis"he said "Hello I'm Matthew"he said hugging Jennifer. He never had this feeling of jealousy. He always was alone in elementary. So he never experienced love of jealousy. He still was friends with Jennifer.
****Several Months Later ****
At the end of eighth grade Jennifer was one day crying and wanting to talk to Alexis. He quickly tried to calm her down to tell him what happened. "He.........he cheated on me" she still was crying. Alexis felt really bad and just wanted to kiss her but he knew that she would slap him. So he gently rubbed her back to calm her down and trying to get away from Matthew.
