Bruce looks over to me as I frown, I didn't want to stay here. I wanted to get the tesseract and go back to my own life.

"Ah, see. I don't get a suit of armor. I'm exposed, like a nerve. It's a nightmare."

"You know, I've got a cluster of shrapnel, trying every second to crawl its way into my heart."

He points at the MINI-ARC REACTOR in his chest.

"This stops it. This little circle of light. It's part of me now, not just armor. It's a... terrible privilege."

"But you can control it."

"Because I learned how."

"It's different."

Banner tries to read the computer screen, but Tony slides the data aside with his finger so the two can see face-to-face. I quickly cut my finger and run a drop of blood across the staff.

"Hey, I've read all about your accident. That much gamma exposure should have killed you."

"So you're saying that the Hulk... the other guy... saved my life? That's nice. It's a nice sentiment. Saved it for what?"

"I guess we'll find out."

Banner and Stark get back to work at their respective computers. I walk over to them and look at the screen.

"You might not like that."

"You just might."

I lean against the table and look to both of them. I know I shouldn't say anything but I want too.

"You two need to know something. The tesseract and staff can't be properly powered with out my blood."

They look at me until Stark speaks up.

"What the hell is that suppose to mean."

"It means...as long as I'm here, Loki can't power anything with it."

"Why are you telling us this."

I look to Bruce and lightly smile, I looking down at my watch.

"I know what's it like to feel alone, what it feels like to want to get rid of our other selves."

I look back to Stark, I move closer to the staff.

"I have family and if you'll be working with it, you needed to know because I don't want your deaths on my hands."

I walk over to the door as I feel a set of eyes on me. Digging into my back and sending a shiver through me. I ignore it and continue up the stairs.

I walk into the main room, I see Thor talking to Agent Coulson. I walk down the stairs as they look at me, I keep my arms to my sides.

"Let me talk to Loki."

"No its to dangerous."

I look at Agent Coulson and frown, I step closer of them.

"He can't do much while he's in the cage, I'll be in and out. You can listen in for all I care."

I look to Thor, he knows I'm right.

"Thor listen to me, I can get him to talk. We can make him understand."

"There's no getting my brother to understand."

"But he's not your brother, we both know that Odin didn't want him."

He looks at me and frowns, I step in front of him. I'm right in front of his chest.

"You have the girl you love, she's hidden away so she's safe. We use to be friends, Loki was just as much of a friend as you."

I look back to the Agent, I glare between the men.

"I'm talking to him, no ones going to stop me."

I walk out and move towards the guarded room. I see a few men standing near the door. They go to stop me as a voice speaks up.

"Let her go"

I see Fury, he nods and I walk in. I quietly make it to the cage.

"You know not many people could ever sneak up on me, however you always have been."

"Hello Loki."

He turns around and smirks at me, I just look at him. He moves closer to the cages shield, I grab a chair.

"So they send family to try and have a reunion."

"No, I came on my own. I need to talk and your going to listen."

He just walks me, I sit up and look at him.

"You know you can't win."

"Oh I can't..."

I step right in front of the shield and look at him, I frown just a bit.

"Do you remember when I first met you."

He just looks at me and I watch his shoulders tense.

"You were in the throne room, Odin and Freya were talking with my father. I had seen you with the bluest skin."

"I was scared that you were going to tell father."

"I sat down in front of you, and asked you about the dagger you had."

"You pulled out a similar one and spoke about how the gods had given them to warriors."

I slightly laugh and bend down, I pull the dagger out of my boot.

"Over the thousands of years, I've never once tried to part with it."

I look at him, I set it down on the table and walk over to the door. I open it and step inside the cage with him.

"You are my family, and as the older cousin I want you to stop this."

He steps into my face, we just look at each other.

"I was never your family."

I frown and close my eyes for a moment.

"I never had the chance to be, your father tried to start war. My father never spoke of him having a son. Don't show everyone that you'll be just like him."

"Why"

"You have a purpose, let us help you."

He leans into me and smirks.

"No"

I push him back and point at him.

"You'll be just like your father. I'm your queen, I demand you stop this."

"YOU ARE QUEEN OF NOTHING."

I smack his cheek and look at him, I step back.

"I tried to help you, I wanted to protect you."

I open the door and step out, I look at him. He grins at me, I can't help but feel bad.

"You are no Queen, you'll die just like the others."
