Tony's POV
I land onto the platform and go through the gauntlet. It starts to undo my suit. Loki looks up at him, smiling. We proceed to walk into the penthouse. He walks in, holding the scepter. I casually walks down the steps, towards the bar.

"Please tell me you're going to appeal to my humanity."

"Uh...actually, I'm planning to threaten you."

"You should have left your armor on for that."

"Yeah, it's seen a bit of mileage. You've got the blue stick of destiny. Would you like a drink?"

"Stalling me won't change anything."

"No, no, no! Threatening. No drink? You sure? I'm having one."

"The CHITAURI are coming, nothing will change that. With the unworthy god powering the tesseract. What have I to fear?"

"THE AVENGERS."

He looks over at me, confused.

"It's what we call ourselves, sort of like a team. 'EARTH'S MIGHTIEST HEROES' type of thing."

"Yes, I've met them."

I lightly smile, I take a swig of my drink.

"Yeah, takes us a while to get any traction, I'll give you that one. But, let's do a head count here. Your brother, the demi-God; a super soldier, a living legend who kind of lives up to the legend; a man with breath-taking anger management issues; a couple of master assassins, and you, big fella, you've managed to piss off every single one of them."

"That was the plan."

"Not a great plan. When they come, and they will, they'll come for you."

From underneath the bar table, I pull on COLANTOTTE BRACELETS, a honing device.

"I have an army"

"We have a HULK."

"I thought the beast had wandered off."

"You're missing the point. There's no throne, there is no version of this, where you come out on top. Maybe your army comes and maybe it's too much for us, but it's all on you. Because if we can't protect the Earth, you can be damned well sure we'll avenge it."

He slowly walks up to me; raising the scepter.

"You want to know a fascinating fact."

"Sure, we've got time."

"The girl likes you, I've seen inside her mind. She wanted to be with you, now you get to watch her die. Plus, How will your friends have time for me, when they're so busy fighting you?"

He taps on mychest with his scepter. Nothing. Confused, Loki tires again.

"It should work."

"Well, performance issues. You know? Not uncommon. One out of five..."

In anger, he grabs me by the throat and throws him across the room.

"Jarvis. Anytime now."

He grabs me by the throat again. I slightly smile and try not to breathe to hard.

"You will all fall before me."

Reader's POV
Selvig looks up at the sky, my mind is becoming hazy. The wires are draining my powers faster and I start to scream. The Tesseract's energy BEAMS into the sky. The beam then forms a VORTEX, which then opens up another portal. A hole in space rips open, and from it, the chitauri army out in flying chariots, carrying weapons with a bayonet on the end.

"You'll never win."

"We don't have to win, we just have to be til the end."

I see Stark fly up towards the portal, From his shoulders, a miniature multiple rocket launcher, pops out and fires. Several targets are taken down unlike no missile. It's useless. Thousands of the army are flying through, i need to find some way to help them. Stark flies towards the city.

Thor's POV
I Land on the towers platform, Loki turns to me.

"Loki! Turn off the Tesseract or I'll destroy it!"

"You can't. There is no stopping it. There is only the war!"

"So be it."

We rush at each other, us and our weapons collide. He's unleashing another pent-up rage and jealousy, I have no choice but to defend myself.

3rd POV
Soldiers and cops have taken positions covering the streets. They see from the sky, ironman leading a trail of chituari towards his tower. The quinjet booms into the city. Ironman moves around his tower. He sees Thor and Loki still going at it. He swoops down the street, causing a chituari to crash. Flying up,he puts the following chituari in view of the quinjet. Black widow takes out machine gun and fires at it.

Iron man heads back to the portal. Thor and Loki battle savagely. Loki fires energy from the scepter, sending Thor sliding across the floor. Hawkeye looks out to his left window, finding a target.

Hawkeye moves the jet towards Stark tower and aims the mini gun at Loki. Loki does the same with his scepter, firing a blast of energy.

Thor gets to his feet, tackling Loki down hard. The quinjet is soon caught on fire. Hawkeye maneuvers one wing of the jet. They spin and start dropping out of the air, passing over the skyscrapers and slamming down into the street.

Alicia trying to help out the avengers while losing grip on her powers. She's becoming weak, she never wanted to be this weak again. Her memories and thoughts are whats keeping her from closing her eyes. She watches as the chituari come through the portal.

With everyone okay, Hawkeye and Black widow unfasten their seatbelts and open the ramp. Captain America runs down, followed by Hawkeye and Black widow. Each one has their respected weapons in hand.

The trio arrives in the middle of a four-way street. Suddenly, the city lurches to a stop. A deep, primal rage bellows out. With that roar, a shadow comes over them.

From the portal, a large chituari leviathan flies out. Carrying hundreds of soldiers, the chituari leviathan passes over the trip.

They look up, out of their element. From both sides, chituari soldiers cling off and attach themselves to the sides of the buildings, sliding down. Some crash into these buildings and begin firing from their energy rifles at innocent people.
